I have attached documents from this company saying my refund would be expeditedThe order was placed in November 2016, I was charged 11/28/as of 12/8/told my refund would be processed 7/daysJan 12th nothingno refund. I do not want to close this case or say it has been resolved until I have my money back. Thank you for you assistance and will let you know if a refund is issued

They have placed a new order for the new address I have provided, new order # *** It will reach the shipment place within 4-business days, and then it will need around 7-days to reach my country, however I would like to keep this case open till I receive my order if you that is possible, as once they place an order they forget about youAppreciate your help and support
