I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The refund was processed on 4/27/15 not 4/23/15. As as the refund was given by Skinny Bunny Tea, I accept their response and consider the issue closed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as it's the correct bundle I was charged for. I attached a image of the bundle kit and when I purchased it I'm pretty certain I choose Jasmine Green as my flavor. The tropical tea they are referencing was a option. Like I said I'm satisfied with their agreement as long as it's the $79 bundle kit I originally purchased.

Although I do feel customer service should become way better at responding and I will not be completely satisfied until I receive a shipment email. It's sad I had to go through this to get a response but glad someone told me about this otherwise I am sure I would have never gotten a response.
