I am rejecting this response because:
I was offered two options by your customer service representative: full refund or you ship my order again. As I said, I opted for the refund of my money and was told that it has been processed on March 31, 2016. Are you telling me now that what [redacted] and [redacted]j told me are all lies?  Also, I do not want to settle for just the refund of the shipping cost, that's just $12.99, that's nothing compared to the total amount I paid which is $92.99. In addition, it was your customer service representative that offered me that. The term "representative" is there for a reason: they represent the company so when they told me that they offer me the refund, it was the company that offered it. Given this, I reject your offer to give me back the shipping cost. I want the full refund, just as what the representative offered me. on top of this, I was told that it was processed on March 31. If this were not true, and you do not give me the full refund, I will seek for legal recourse to settle this issue.

Please E-mail me the tracking numbers for both shipments whenever  they ship out, that's all I ask. I don't mean to pry but this was the only way I could get a hold of you guys. I work with Special ed so I am a very patient person and understand ya'll are trying to send stuff out but are trying to restock and are short on items at they same time, can't send stuff you don't have right?.I have worked in customer service for a long time and ya'll really need a contact number or a line to help with this issue. However, please allow me to relay to you the facts of this case:I sent an email and instagram message to them to cancel my order and give my money back since 15 working days have passed from the placement of order date; this email was sent on February 22, 2016, 8:22AM (GMT +8). Given that I am already aggravated by the circumstance, I then sent a complaint to your organization at past 6PM (GMT +8). At 11:10PM (GMT +*) of that day, they sent me an email that contains the tracking code for my order, which means that they have not cancelled it. I then talked to their Live Chat, asking them why they have pushed through with the order despite the fact that I have emailed them hours before (to their 24/7 support) to cancel it, and sought for my money back. However, they wold me that they could not just cancel it and it might take weeks for them to cancel it and give my money back. Sice I've already wasted a lot of time with them, and so, with a heavy heart, I just decided to push through with the order.This experience has taught me a lesson to check sellers thoroughly before purchasing from them, and that I will never buy from Skinny Bunny Tea again. I do apologize for any inconvenience this case may have brought to your organization but I believe that if it weren’t for my complaint filed to you, they would still not have shipped my order until now. Thank you.
