I'm not going to turn down the refundHowever, it seems ridiculous that the company categorically denies refunds initially and yet readily offers them when it escalates to the Revdex.comTheir business practices need some serious work to prevent this from happening in the first place Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Again with the generic pre-written responses, I don't think you get the issue here If your system had record of it we wouldn't be here on the Revdex.com complaint system playing tag in the messaging system You have record that this account was not in use during time in question not even a idle device connected to it, nothing connected to it or used it during disputed time frame I was unaware it was not canceled as I had thought or else I would have put a stop to this long ago Stop being a corporate answering machine and as a person tell me you don't see my issue Plain and simple I was under the belief this was canceled, your automated system kept billing, and when I found I and politely and calmly asked for resolution but your company told me in a scripted answer too bad and refuse to offer any form of resolution Even just a simple email stating hey we noticed you account is in active billing but is not being used at a reasonable time frame would have stopped this from becoming a Revdex.com complaint as had you notified me within a reasonable time frame cancellation hadn't gone through we would both be more apt to accept the others resolution but now were talking hundreds of dollars that you don't want to return and I am not going to accept as a loss Your company has fault in payment collection practices and lack of communication policy There are numerous other complaints just like mine about your collection practices and blunt customer service so its not just my opinion Sincerely, [redacted]
