we have received a automated letter from sling ( the same letter that seems to go out to anyone who claims per internet forumns) offering a $insult of a discount for months to stay with them, however they fail to address the missing items promised by sling, they also fail to address the many service outages that probably in total calculate to be about full months of service that was not usable that we paid well over $for, They also fail to even attempt to personalize there message or respond back to the email we sent in response to them or even to make an attempt to call or repair serviceThis company should receive an F rating

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It is not a resolution to the unethical billing practice being conducted by Sling TV.The cancellation occurred the same date as the billing cycle, not the day after as has been falsely represented by Sling TVThere is a call log to substantiate that factSlingTV is forcing unwanted subscriptions upon its consumers and holding funds for a service that has been requested closedFailure to refund service charges for a service that was canceled, especially when that cancellation occurred on the billing cycle date, is an issue that should be looked at not only by the Revdex.com but also Federal regulating agenciesThe blatant disregard and disrespect to myself as well as the countless others with similar complaints against Sling TV will eventually lead to a class action law suit for unethical billing practices and civil fraud should Sling TV not change their stance of ignoring consumer complaints and changing its unethical practices.As stated, there are numerous other consumers with the same complaint as mineSling TV is aware of this and elects to ignore it's responsibilities to the consumer by resolving issuesSling TV continues to practice unethical billing practices, and that is completely unacceptable Sincerely, [redacted]
