Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the response that is explained here is not told to the customer before taking the customer's money (gift card) The SlingTV gift card redemption website does NOT present the options described (change subscription or redeem gift card) It ONLY presents option: to redeem a gift card Then AFTER the gift card is used and a customer tries to change the subscription, SilngTV website does not permit this action The SlingTV website does NOT work the way it is described in the response Sincerely, [redacted] ***
