I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the Sling TV again and was advised that tech support needed additional information and was unable to eesolve my issue without the additional information. They advised me that I needed to contact them in order to provide them with this additional information. I have contacted my bank to dispute these charges as well as I am contacting a consumer protection lawyer.

I am rejecting this response because:I am also asking for a credit since the service has been cancelled since last weekend. CNN is purple and I can't watch it.
