Will it be mailed to my address if I accept? Could you clarify please? I appreciate the resolution offer. I wish Supervisor, [redacted] and Manager, JD ([redacted]) could have authorized this resolution by phone. It was extremely inconvenient to be on the phone for more than an hour with customer service representatives. I am rejecting this response because:Dear Customer Escalation at Sling: As requested, I am responding to your e-mail which I received through the Revdex.com. If it is any use, the complaint number the Revdex.com assigned to me is: [redacted]. In your e-mail to me, you asked me for the pin number of the $25 Sling gift card I purchased on the recommendation of one of your agents on your chat line. The number is [redacted]. I was trying to sign up for the Orange service, which is advertised on your website for $20 a month after an initial free trial period. I would also remind you that the reason I couldn't complete the transaction was that your website asks for credit card information which I was happy to give except that your website would not accept a credit card that has a Canadian billing address even when it is an American credit card. I initially tried to sign up for the Orange service, and when I couldn't for the reason stated above, your representative suggested buying the gift card as a way to circumvent that issue, but even though I could get your website to show the $25 credit, it still wouldn't let me subscribe because of the Canadian billing address. That is the basis of my frustration, and the fact that initially I couldn't seem to reach you. I received two e-mails from you yesterday, stating that you can't accept a credit card with a Canadian billing address, but in those e-mails you didn't address the concern that I was now " out " the $25 I had spent on the gift card, once again on the advice of your representative. I would be happy to still subscribe to your service, if there was a way around the Canadian billing address issue. My address in Arizona is: [redacted].Thank you for your attention to this matter.
