I am rejecting this response because: Sling TV sent my credit card company a list of monthly charges and dates of billing that was also sent to me that was billed to me. The only thing shown on my account with Sling  I could view online was the free trial date and the cancellation date was before the end of the free trial. No charges were listed. I had my boyfriend look at it also and he could not find any charges on my account where I could view it online. What were they trying to hide?I called my card company today and the disputes department had me talk to a supervisor. After talking with her she said she would have the last three charges credited back to my account. Sling wanted me to send them "more information" again such as credit card info, social security number they asked me for. But I don't trust them with any information. Once the charges are credited back to me and it stays that way, I will be happy.

As long as Sling honors this promise of a full refund contrary to previous deceitful promises from july 21st and severe ignorant treatment of this consumer by refusals over a 2 hour chat and forcing me to request the Revdex.com to intervene on this consumers behalf. [redacted] deserves the highest possible rating for their respectful treatment of this consumer over only a phone call just an hour ago taking less than 5 minutes with kindness and a return label. Sling deserves the lowest rating possible due to immoral sales practices, untruthfullness and very por treatment of customers. The [redacted] device has been dropped off with [redacted] already and is on its way, the RMA # is [redacted]  and the [redacted] tracking # is [redacted]       My sincere gratitude to the Revdex.com for righting the wrong of a false promise of services for my sons birthday gift. When you chose to move to a different service plan you changed the cost of your service.  When you confirmed the change the previous service plan was ended and new plan started.As the previous pricing was changed when channel pricing was changed we as a courtesy left your pricing the same as we raised the price for new customers and customers who changed there service plans. You are now being charged the current pricing for the services. I am rejecting this response because:I find your offer to me, to sign up and then have a discount on service to be fair. If I had been offered that at my first complaint with customer service I would still be a customer and happy. I, however, was not and have no interest in being a customer of a company with poor customer service. Now I am asking that you stop targeting customers with promotions they are not eligible for and make the wording on the promotions clear that they are not eligible. I did not file this complaint for personal gain, I filed it so your company will do right by other customers.
