For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This lady from four fitness corporate office called me and told me that there is nothing she can doSo, I asked her why she called me and wasted my timeShe said there is nothing she can do about it and she just wanted to have a conversationThey don't have any solution for meThey said there is nothing they can do to solve this problemThey increased over 300% of my membership feesThe contract states 3% to 5% increaseThey said it is for monthly membershipMy membership is yearlySo, they said the terms and condition did not apply to my membershipSo, why did they increase over 300% of my membership fees? They didn't fix anything at all at the fitness centerEverything is very dirty and broken including light bulbs, fitness machine, men locker room, steam room, sauna, pool, restroom, sinks, faucet, doors, benches, floor, ceilingsThey pretended to fix sauna room and steam room and closed for a whileThen, they didn't fix anythingThey just cleaned the floorThey are still closing the pool without fixing or remodeling anythingThis is ridiculousThe place is very dirtyWater fountain is also very dirtyThis place definitely have health concern.? My main concern is the over 300% increase of my membershipThe original terms and condition stated that my membership fee is fixed for lifeIt is the life-time membershipThey cannot increase even a centThe terms and condition did not state that they can increase over 300%They increased my membership fees while nearly everything is broken in this placeThey called me wasted my time without any solution in their sideShe said she is the boss and her boss cannot speak with mePlease fix the problemOtherwise, I have to further complain to everywhere.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The business response was to have a local club manager talk to meThe club manager for the [redacted] location contacted me, and asked that I meet with her to discuss this complaintDuring our meeting, she explained the specific criteria, all hidden and unknown to members, that were necessary to be granted access to the replacement Super Sport in [redacted] club after the original Active in [redacted] club closedI did not go to the Active in [redacted] before it closed because it was located further than the Active in [redacted] so I obviously did not qualify nor did I dispute access to that club.? I told her I had significant attendance to the Active in [redacted] before it closed, but was still not granted access to the replacement Super SportShe recalled that an upgrade offer of (

She advised me she could not offer me a grandfather membership t the one club and that I should take my issue up with the customer service representative who made me the offer.? When I told her I asked if I could speak with him or his supervisor I was told that was not possible.? The customer service representative even said there was no one higher in the corporate office I could speak with.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My membership was re-instated which I appreciate, however my annual renewal rates are still over 400% from where they started which is a bait and switch from how it was sold to me (was told only small adjustments would be made to adjust for inflation etc) I was also charged a full $for dues, even though my membership was not active for over half the year I know there is a class action lawsuit in regards to how hour fitness is handling these 'lifetime' membershipsVery disappointed Regards, [redacted] ***
