I filed a complaint recently against Hour Fitness with your office - For whatever reasons the emails went into my junk folder and when I clicked through the the portal it didn’t allow me to respond to the complaint further since it has been closed already by the time I checked my Spam folder.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company refunded a portion of the money I paid; two direct account deposits were made on 3/17/and on 3/18/for a total of I was told the money was refunded because 24hour fitness can't take a full payment of a membership and I would be required to pay monthly going forward? This is unacceptable because I paid on 1/19/with a supervisor if their employees are unfamiliar with hour's policies and rules they had two months to contact me or they could have said this at the time of my payment My other issue is I didn't agree to their terms I told the woman who called me on 3/18/I was busy and could she call me back on MondayI also told her I was not happy they deposited money in my account without my authorization, and they are still not giving receipts of these transactions via e-mail or their website.? I don’t think they are going about this situation legally and that is another concern I haveI want them to refund me the complete amount of I paid and void my membership because of their continued errors, lack of verification of financial transactions, and incompetence as a company Regards, [redacted] ***
