While this has clearly inconvenienced ? me for many months and ? for some unexplained reason hour fitness committed ? many membership access and renewal and payment account ? and communication and customer service errors all on the national side and not from my local club who are also very nice, and ? national call censeter service support or whatever the dept is called -ignored ? efforts to resolve and clarify this over many months,---------------------------------------------- I am willing and happy ? to put an end to this assuming what they have promised in their email is true and they make good on their promises to meFor the most part I have always enjoyed the club and membership throughout the years and most of the hour fitness people I have met are very nice and good people ? and this seems out of the ordinary but it occurred many times on their part of this depty in national and in particular an individual there ---- and it is they that perpetuated this error.? I wish to thank the kindness and professionalism of the BB for their efforts and I appreciate them very much.? Thank you? He told me that there was nothing that he could do about my contract and honoring the price that I was paying and letting me attend? all? facilities.? The only option he gave me was to upgrade my contract to a new contract so that I could now attend any store.? I know that this upgrade was a good deal compared to what new members are paying but it was still going to double my current fee.? With that said, I don't think that the conflict was resolved with a new contract because they are not honoring the original contact to let me attend any and all facilities with my annual fee.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Nobody has left me any voice mails regarding this complaintA club manager called me from the [redacted] location, however, I was attending an important event and asked if I could call her back within the hourShe said that was fine, however, I was unable to get back in touch with herI called three times and left messages with the person who answered the phone each time, and still to this day have yet to receive a call back from anyonehour fitness has proven themselves to be about themselves and no longer about the customers I don't know if they have changed management in the corporate offices, because with so many changes being made, and not for the better, they are not the good establishment they once wereTo them, I am just one person in a massive podWhen companies start treating the customers in this way, it doesn't take long for other people in that pod to start and follow, before you know it, you go bankruptIn regards to all the voice mails left by hour staff, please check the number being called, because it wasn't my voice mail that these people supposedly drowned with messages Regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I was contacted by Hour Fitness' District Manager, [redacted] on 10/13/and asked to provide my details of the events on 9/5/2017.? I explained how I was denied access to the club, citing the club manager's reason as I, "had been a member or guest of the club in the PAST".? [redacted] informed me of the club manager's lie, in which she claimed that I was only denied access because I was being "disruptive to a positive member experience".? I informed [redacted] that I was already aware of her lie, as I had attempted to resolve the issue times with Hour Fitness customer service before finally being left with no choice but to contact the Revdex.com.? The club manger's ( [redacted] 's) response which is "canned" in nature and devoid of detail, unlike my thoroughly descriptive complaints.? It is also completely absurd as I would have no reason to behave disruptively given I was only in the club for a matter of minutes and was satisfied with the experience up until she denied me access.? Ultimately, [redacted] informed me that he was ONLY contacting me at that time, in regards to [redacted] 's REBUTTAL to my complaint.? Although he did say that he would contact me again soon, once he reviewed the tape at the Northgate club, I found, and continue to find, this to be very upsetting as I am the one to present the initial complaint and am STILL waiting for Hour Fitness to address the issue FROM MY PERSPECTIVE.? Not from the perspective of the club manager ( [redacted] ) who is CLEARLY providing a "canned" response to cover her unwillingness to allow me to use a day pass, for absolutely no good reason.? Until [redacted] contacts me again and is willing to acknowledge [redacted] 's insubordination, there is no way to interpret the situation other than:? Hour Fitness is a COMPANY which subscribes to deceptive business practices in the form of offering free passes online, but forces customers to pay for a day pass, once they arrive at the club to redeem the pass.)? I reiterated to [redacted] and I reiterate to whom this may concern at the Revdex.com, that [redacted] DID IN FACT, offer to let me PURCHASE a day pass AFTER denying use of the day free pass.? The point of this detail being that she is just completely lying when she cites that I was denied access, not because I didn't meet the criteria of the day pass, but because I was being disruptive.? ? ? [redacted] needs to understand how much effort I have put into resolving this, and how absurd [redacted] 's story is.? He needs to contact me IN REGARDS TO MY COMPLAINT, not her rebuttal.? It has been nearly two months since I was left embarrassed, essentially discriminated against, and had my time and travel expenses wasted on 9/4/2017.] Regards, [redacted] ***
