They have just sent the return fees which are extremely high, over $although it is printed in their return policy I do not believe it is ethical to have customers pay anything for products that arrive damaged and poor quality productsjust because something is printed it doesn’t make it right ?
I am requesting a return and full refund with no shipping or restocking fee? ? That is the only solution that would be satisfying to me ? otherwise I will not proceed with the return and ensure that I share my feedback whenever and wherever possible so that other customers do not have to experience this? I appreciate any assistance that can be provided ? ? ? ?

In this instance Coleman Furniture nor the manufacturer has has any issues to correct? The description "Select Hardwood: is an industry standard and Coleman Furniture has to hold with the belief that today's consumers when purchasing items online are aware of what certain terminology means? I have yet to receive the Loft Bed ordered, months ago, which makes me feel they can honor the sale price being advertised now.? I am not in possession of the original purchase item, and yet they will charge me a 15% restocking charge, if I cancel the orderHow is it that I cannot cancel an order I have not received?? They are only looking out for their convenience.? Giving me a company credit would indicate I have to make a purchase from them.? sensitive to touch.? As such it can also reflect light differently.? The items the customer received were verified to be what the customer ordered and as brand new as they were shipped directly from the manufacturer to the local delivery company.? As the items were verified to be correct and up to the manufacturer standards if a customer chooses to return an item there are fees that are assessed per our terms and conditions that a customer must agree to at the time they place their order.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

I am responding to the claim that the third party in this case Coleman AKA Renegade furniture was the receiver of the funds and did not supply the product as orderedThey attempted to reconcile for an inferior product and I did not purchase the product as was delivered and would not accept furniture in different dye lotsWhile conversing with them the delivery men agreed that I should be accepting furniture in new condition of the same dye lot at the same timeThe company refused to understand although I attempted to explainWhile the conversation was taking place the drivers packed up the what was delivered and put it back on their truck.Simply put I paid for a new piece sectional of the same dye lot to be delivered at the same timeNothing more, nothing lessWhy should a consumer be subjected to accept anything other than what was expected? This is a breach of contract by the shipper and third party and I want my money refunded.Please explain why I or any other consumer should be the injured party?

As mentioned delivery was made July they really expected me to wait until September and not furnish my dining room area and eat in the floor? They are clearly stating that the furniture was ready to rede liver in September? From July to September after being told in July that restoration would not take longer than daysThey wanted to return the furniture in September? I think this is a huge inconsideration and Hardship to me as the client to have my kids without a table to eat on fromjuly to September due to no fault of my ownI think in this case I deserve a full refund in this matter I have already purchased s dining room set and should not be stuck with two on their errors and damages and lack of consideration*** reopened the claim be ause they are attempting to collect payment from me and I am not willing to pay for something I did not receive in good order with a timely and considerate fashionI purchased in June and the company could not deliver in good condition until SeptemberThus is unfair 100%.? ?

The couch is under a yr warrantyThe company didn't offer $160, they offered $to fix the arm cushion that started flattening out after months (warranty form filled out in Sept) uploaded email showing they offered $for the flattened arm rest, This was purchased in March **, delivered April **I have uploaded an email showing I'm asking when the couch is going to be delivered dated April **I called around to seperate companies and sent in the photos, no one is going to fix the arm cushion for $or lessThey offered $for seats that is clearly not used, that is collapsing and the corner piece, the backs are wobbly and are collapsing backIf no one is going to fix an armrest? for $150, who is going to bother with seats that are defectiveThe seats are not seats used by usIf I could send a video of how the back wobbles back and forth, I wouldYou can clearly tell in the imprints of the couch what seats are usedThere is myself, my daughter who just turned and my husband that is rarely home because he works jobs and my just turned yr old who obviously doesn't sit on the couchThis couch falling apart was brought up in Oct, for them to deny that there is anything wrong in JanA couch should not be falling apart after VERY minimal use in under months, that is not wear and tear.?

***Coleman Furniture wants to resolve this issue for the customer and understands they are frustrated.? We have been in contact with the customer and have advised her that we are working with the manufacturer to get this resolved.? The needed parts for the delivery company to get this
resolved are being sent and the customer will not have to do anything except receive delivery of their order.? We have advised the customer that we will compensate them in the amount of $for the delay in getting their chair.? The chairs came in a package of and cost the customer $for both so we are already compensating well over 10% for the item that had an issue.?
