The company has reached out to me twice and keeps advising me someone will call me and come and attempt to repair the damaged furniture however still no one has called me still to this day and I have had this damaged couch in my home for theee weeks now and $is a joke for the three weeks of frustration and lies that I am keep being told withI results givenThis company keeps telling lies and they won't even contact via phone they always send an email saying per our conversation and they haven't even talked to meive left messages for the operations manager who won't even call me backvery unprofessional company?

***? We have successfully resolved this issue with the customer and the order is being deliverd on? 11/*/? The customer was under the impression that the sofa came un-assembled and would be out together in her home.? She has since been properly informed and is accepting
re-delivery.? The show wood was damaged during delivery as she did not take note of dimensions and replacement show wood was ordered.? ***Coleman Furniture has been working with this customer to get her the cushions she has requested.? The customer received delivery of their items in January of and contacted us in February of advising they had issues with their cushions.? The customer was outside of their
warranty and as a courtesy we told the customer we would send them cushions which were sent.? The customer has since advised they need more cushions.? We advised that as they are outside their warranty we can attempt to send the items if they are still available.? ***Coleman Furniture has diligently tried t work with this customer.? However, there are no actual issues with this furniture and all issues are a matter of customer preference.Manufacturer standards means that the item is as advertised intended per the manufacturer description as provided by the manufacturer and listed on our website.It also means the item is free of any defects or damages caused by the delivery company during delivery.Coleman Furniture, as an online retailer does not have any warehouses.? We work with multiple delivery partners across the country and contract local deliveries to our customers through them.Coleman Furniture has addressed all issues that the customers items were delivered with, however we can not continue to address additional issues that the customer finds as these were not noted or present at time of delivery? The customers items are leather, and as such will have all the characteristics associated with it, such as wrinkles.? As leather is made from animal hide and not a manufactured product there will always be slight variations in the texture of each separate piece as different hides are used.? However, all dye lots are identical and items are the same color/ polishing match.Coleman Furniture already refunded the customer $for the compensation for the issues the customer had and as as gesture of good will and in an effort to resolve the issue for the customer we would refund an additional $75.00.? However, as the item is at 100% manufacturer standards and there are no additional repairs or restorations to address we would not alter the item from how the manufacturer intended.? ? Sharon M***

Then come to find out they ordered the WRONG Legs which means I still have to waitWhen my parts should have been ordered right the first time? ***? This customer received her items and there were issues noted at that time.? We offered to send a technician to the customers home to restore the items to 100% and customer declined.? She insisted that it be picked up and restored at the delivery company and then re-delivered
to her.? We had the local delivery company pick the items up from the customer and restore them to 100%.? Customer refused to accept re-delivery and disputed the charges with her credit card company.? The dispute was settled in our favor and we once again tried to deliver to the customer, however customer wanted a full refund.? The legs to the dresser were/are not damagedWe have them at our houseThis is the first I've heard about damaged legs and replacement of the legsI'm attaching pictures for your referenceThe first picture, coleman1, is of the dresser as it was delivered to us originallyThe dresser was damaged upon arrival (even though Coleman assures all its customers that the furniture is fully inspected before delivery)The 2nd and 3rd pictures are of the "repaired" furnitureThis is what Coleman considers repaired and 'restored to 100% factory standards'? We have agreed to have the dresser delivered a 3rd time b/c Coleman advised us that if we refused delivery it would be considered a return and our money would be refunded minus shipping and a 25% restocking feeWe don't want a repaired dresserWe want a replacement, however, Coleman is making it difficult for this to happen by insisting that their policy is to repair first and then replace the damaged item.? If a product is found to have damage, and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send a the necessary parts and correct the problem at our expenseRemedies may include, but not limited to repair by a professional furniture repair technician, part replacements, both repair and part replacements, or a full unit replacement, all at no cost to the customer

It's been much longer than that , I am get no answers from them just the run around and lies.Also , when I purchased the couch , I also purchased the warranty and it cost me $At the time , I have the couch less than weeks , and they are now giving the warranty for FREE with a purchase of over $on their websiteI called them? about this as well , and Ofcourse , they said , " *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** * *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** "This is simply just wrong ! I have enclosed a picture from their website showing what I am stating.Every reputable company offers a price protection of atleast days of a product you purchase from themEven so , after spending over $with them.? I also think giving me $is an insult considering my grievance is worth more than that for not receiving a complete order , and still getting the run around from themHaving to call them each day for this , with no end result !? I ? am very unhappy and I spent well over $, and don't deserve this type of quality of serviceAll their reviews are deceitful and completely NOT of what and how they represent themselves.For the record , I also tried to do what the customer representative said , with holding a blow dryer and smoothing out the surface of the damaged portion of the couch that came damaged via shipping , and it didn't do anything! Also , even after time , it will NOT go back to its natural form !It will continue to stay damaged !!This is simply just a horrible experience!? My money is green like everyone else's , and I deserve better from them , especially spending that kind of money.? All I am getting from Coleman Furniture is stories & lies
