Last I heard the 'missing' parts were still in transit and the delivery company confirms that they do not have the items on hand, so please inform me how this order is ready for deliveryUnless you've contacted the delivery company and told them not to contact me I'm still in the dark about thisWhy do I have to reach out to everyone at every step of this process? Last I was told by Coleman Furniture, the manufacturer was shipping this item out last week but unless I see a shipping number or pictures from the delivery company I have zero faith that this information is accurate and is little more than a stalling tactic.?

All told, it took about a half year after I've paid in full to receive the sofa--it's way, way, way too long by any standardThe case is NOT closed until I have received another $compensation for repeated, major delays and loss of use--including, but not limited to the entire holiday season in December,

[Your Answer Here] This is the 5th time I have received this exact same response from them.? How many times do I have to give them? As a consumer I feel powerless, I have said I just want to return the part of the couch I have for a full refund and they have consistently ignored me and reordered this piece or promised me they had it since the beginning of October.? They are holding me and my family hostage with this couch, I can't afford to buy a new one until they credit me for this one, which they refuse to do.? I don't have a whole couch and haven't ever had the whole thing.? ? It is a basic contract, I ordered something, I paid for it and did not receive it.? All I am asking for is to be able to get my money back, that is not an unreasonable request.? ? They never call me to try to fix it, they just took it upon themselves to keep "re-ordering" the missing piece and by the 5th time I have had enough.? Their $credit is not near enough for the disruption of not having a couch for a family of five has caused, not to mention the missed days of work waiting for a WRONG piece or no piece to come.? So no, I am not happy with this response in the least and I feel they need to take more responsibility for what has happened.?

This response is the exact same response from the first time and didn't address my comments? How can a company in good faith not replace or refund a defective piece of furniture that it sold to a customer? ? I understand that the process would have been easier if I would have put comments on the initial delivery, but how is it possible to comment on an INTERNAL defect? Let's say for example your company delivered a couch with missing springs that went unnoticed at delivery as it's inside the couch, would you not do them a courtesy and fix or replace the part, or would you charge them to replace it?It comes down to ethical business practices and a focus on providing quality, neither of which has been shown by Coleman? There should be no doubt about the couch being broken by the buyer as Coleman's repairman stated that both pieces were broken due to defects
