I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID#? ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I should not have to fix or repair this damage caused by their shipping company !Also , I paid well over $to receive a complete order in which I cannotThe power cord is missing from the Bluetooth console of the couch , and they are telling me that they will only provide tracking information only after 5-days from when I contacted themThis is ridiculous ! ? How am I suppose to enjoy and utilize the new couch I purchased ? And why should I have to wait until most likely weeks until I receive the cord ?? They didn't offer an type of compensation whatsoever for thisThe process they told me and is in their emails are , the couch gets ordered from the manufacturer, and then gets shipped to them so they can inspect it , after that it gets transferred over to the shilling companySo why didn't they inspect that there is no power cord for the unit ?? This isn't my fault and I shouldn't have to wait most likely weeks to receive something that should have came with my couch ( purchase)? After speaking to them about it , they said they don't offer any compensationI paid well over $to sit and wait another weeks to really utilize my couch ??? Unacceptable !!?

***Coleman Furniture has researched this matter and determined that the furniture that was delivered up to manufacturer standards and the furniture was accepted by the customer without indicating any issues at the time of deliveryAdditionally, regarding the warranty claim, since Coleman Furniture paid the shipping charge for the initial delivery, the customer would be required (as clearly indicated via the warranty claim form) that the customer would be responsible for the shipping charges on any and all warranty replacement items? A manager from the business did call me yesterday to discuss this issueI was offered an option to refund the amount for hutch/buffetBut, I had to reject it, as they offered to refund only for hutch/buffetI have some pieces (table/chairs) of this dining set sitting here in my home and we intend to have the entire set to be deliveredI requested the business to either deliver the entire order or cancel the entire order and take away the dining table/chairs from my home and refund for the entire orderThat was rejected by the business.The business advised that they will work on delivering the remaining pieces of the set (hutch/buffet) by end o May But, no guarantees were given in this regardI have no confidence in the business delievering on this timeline, as the earlier promised timelines were conveniently neglected without any notificationI was also offered some conpensation for the delay in processing this order (it's been months since I placed this order and my credit card charged)I did request detailed information in regards to the compensation be spelled out in an emailI haven't received any response yet from the business manager yet

It is still left to be seen wether or not the couch will be in good acceptable conditionStill paying for a refurished couch instead of a brand new one like we orderedThey say they will reimburse us $after we accept the couch but that is yet to be seenI find it crazy that we had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com before any type of manager would even call us or be "out of a meeting"Still unhappy that I dont get a new couch which is what I paid forInstead we must accept a broken refubished "fixed" couch or pay a 25% restocking fee because this company cant find a way to deliver us an acceptable new couch since May Delivery has been set for Thursday unless otherwise notifiedThis is yet to be seen as wellHorrible service

The business promised that within hrs after my credit card company has processed removing my dispute, I would see credit on my cardEven after my credit card company has send a physical confirmation, ? I haven't seen the paymentThis company's practices are VERY questionable in the way they operateFor example, they use third party manufacturers, delivery companies and they have no control on when a delivery can be madeIn my case, part of delivery was made on Dec 23rd, after the order was placed on Nov ***, after repeated phone queries (majority? of them going to voicemail etc)Frankly, I accepted the $(which is conservative for the business) ? because now I am stuck with night stands and dresser that don't match the bed (not delivered) and I need buy one of my own? If the business can reimburse the amount $back on my credit card immediately and improve their business practices in future, I would consider the complaint resolved.? ? ?

A response from the manufacture shouldn't take this longFrom the first complaint to this company about the defect they was informed that the cut was off and the cut still remains off from the second product I received? How much longer should I continue to wait? ? It's been about a week now? I've sent pictures, had a professional come out and assist and the problem at hand still remain the same? As a customer I believe Coleman Furniture should refund my money, pay for shipping if they want the product back or consider this a loss and refund Affirm Finance their monies and have Affirm close my account out as paid in full? I will then be willing to find someone local or near by with the hopes of ? getting this table fixed? ?

manufacturer and the proper remaining item has been shipped to the local delivery company and is en-route.? We have verified with the freight company and the item has an ETA of one and a half weeks.? The customer has been advised and the local delivery company will make this order a priority to have delivered to the customer.? At this time I will retain legal counsel, does that statement look familiar from the original and first complaint that I filed with the Better Biainess Bureau? This is the same statement that was released from them before they sent the same original damaged merchandise ? the second timeI will not put the cart before the horse a third timeI have called this business over six times and I have sent numerous emails after the second deliveryMelissa H*** is screening my calls, I've left voicemails and she has not returned my call to this date, I will not beg this company to deliver brand new undamaged furniture that they have already been paid for in full.?

no defects or damages.? Customer then contacted us? six months later? advising that the item had broken.? Per our warranty program we advised we would replace the item, however, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.? The customer has declined.?
