the worst company to process refunds/exchange of tickets. Given a total run around story. they offered an exchange ticket (my flight was canceled due to travel restrictions) and the replacement flight they offered was twice as much as I paid for the original, even though it was listed on their website for MUCH less than they were offering).

My stay was fantastic but most of all my snap travel was hassle-free super easy reliable and I felt so confident I did not have to worry and they not only delivered fantastic service but they made sure I was prepared and reminded which I really appreciate.

Easy to use - always great to save money. Sister book same hotel paid $20 more a night.

Snap travel was the best price when I was looking for accommodations recently. The quality and service were excellent as well. I would highly recommend their service to those looking for quality accommodations at an affordable price.

This is the worst travel sight. In mid March right as everything in the country was closing I had a reservation with snaptravel. It was the only company that I did not get a refund from. The response time was two months. They are terrible. I have other reservation with a few other travel sights. And I received full refund from all of them.

Hotel I wanted was sold out online everywhere. Came across Snap Travel and was unsure. Online reviews were great. Went ahead and booked. Checked in at hotel with zero issues. Would definitely recommend Snap Travel. And for what it’s worth, I own a Travel Company and would use them again.

Fast and easy booking.
Payed the $10 VIP fee and they did call the hotel and got the upgrade.

I used Snaptravel while I was road tripping around the east coast of the US. It helped me book 3 hotels along the way. Their deals are great and would definitely recommend and use again. No problems to report so far.

I was just ripped off by this company. I paid for a hotel and t hen when I got t o the hotel was expected to pay again.. not only that they expected me to pay 3 times the amount I was quoted. I calked snaptravel to rectify the situation but they told me that what I paid was a deposit as ndceojld not get my money back. At no time did they quote me a different price, tell me that I was paying was a deposit, and never told me t g at my zctual total was 3 times as much as I was quoted. They are not a trustworthy company and apparently have no values. They are more about scamming money from you.

Such a fun and easy way to book a hotel! I loved how I received messages right from my FB account periodically about my upcoming booked hotel and stay in Chicago! I highly recommend booking through Snaptravel. It's the future of booking and so easy!

I went out of town & stayed in a hotel on a Friday night. I knew the prices were cheaper than what the hotel told me but my phone had died & I hadn’t made a reservation so I knew I overpaid but the hotel wouldn’t reduce the price. The next day, when I decided to stay one more night, I looked online again. The lowest price I noticed was through snap travel. I booked it easily within a minute but I was nervous abt hidden fees. I checked into the hotel though without any problems or increases in price. It was smooth, quick, easy & affordable! I highly recommend!
