If I could rate them at a -10 I would. They reserved a room in a different part of the state and did nothing to help me. Stole 70 bucks from me!!

Reservation was 20$ cheaper than what was available online. Quick, easy and painless process of getting a new reservation. No problems encountered at the hotel. Highly recommended!

I’d definitely use Snaptravel next time. I paid only $44 for 1 night hotel in Fort Lauderdale with taxes $55 and I checked-in very fast.

No non sense service and pricing and they get back to you as soon as possible. They understand your problem’s up front when communicating with them via text. Customer service representatives are knowledgeable. Love the pricing and the additional discount when someone that you know wishes to use their service. Please stay strong and competitive. I felt special.

I will use Snaptravel again, had a bit of an issue with my reservation being canceled and I was not informed. The cancelation was due to covid and was taken care of in a timely manner. Once fixed everything was great.

Fast easy cheap and great customer service. I accidentally booked a handicap room so I didn't use the booking and they credited me because the hotel charged me full price to get another room. Thanks snaptravel!!
