Not Happy!!!!
I am not happy with my results from Sonobello, I went through 9 months of pain. I am scared for life. It was the worst experience ever. Staff was very nice. When I complain about my end results no one cared. All I asked for was my money back, and no response. So now I have to take to another level. All they had to do was to give me back what I paid for. Now it may be more! A very dissatisfied customer.

The staff, nurses and doctors were very well informed and helpful to my individual needsI had my contour procedure a week agoSo I am still swollen and waiting to see the resultsBut I've already altered my eating patterns and am ready to start exercisingI have shared my experience with friends who are interested in my journeyThank You Sonobello for giving me my life back

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/09) */ We apologize for your experiencePlease understand that while Dr [redacted] is a physician on staff with our Edina, MN center we are not affiliated with nor do we share information with her private practiceIn accordance with HIPPA and the personal schedule of Dr [redacted] our staff consults with new and existing patient's for procedure within Sono BelloIn review of your chart we can see that you contacted Sono Bello via an incoming call to our call centerAt this time you requested a consultation in our Edina, MN centerTo ensure all patients are well educated prior to their consultation we discuss the address and direction at the time they reach out to schedule a consultationAs you may understand we do not schedule consultations for business or physicians outside Sono BelloAdditionally it was never expressed at the time of consultation that the patient specifically wanted Dr [redacted] This was the surgeon who was selected per the scheduling consultant meeting the needs of the patient's request for dates and timesThe Financial Agreement that is in place details out the requirements for booking a procedure as well as the refund and cancellation policyIt also clear outlines the non-refundable depositAt the time of the consultation the Financial Agreement was reviewed extensively with the patient and she acknowledged the referenced requirements for booking with her signature and separate initialsSono Bello has these policies in place to maintain the continuity of a very busy surgical schedulePer the request of the patient we have cancelled her procedure with our center, however the deposit remains non-refundableIn effort to maintain a positive experience with the patient we will keep the deposit on file should she decide to reschedule and allow this to be used towards the balance of her procedure Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/12/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) First, Sonobello is telling COMPLETELY statements here! They say I "ended up w/ Dr [redacted] because of the DAY I requested to have surgery..." NOT TRUE! Also UNtrue is their statement saying, " I never expressed...that I specifically wanted Dr [redacted] ..." The TRUTH IS- I had actually spent OVER hours researching the doctors listed on Sonobello's websiteI focused ONLY on FEmale surgeons-BRINGING MY LIST of, "My Top DOCTORS" with me to apptw/ Casi NWhen I ASKED what doctors WERE available- I was promptly told that ONLY doctors worked at this officemale, femaleI IMMEDIANTLY picked DrAngela [redacted] - POINTING TO HER name on my LIST-saying I ONLY wanted HER to do my surgery.(Casi LOOKED RIGHT AT my list when I pointed to it.) I then VERY HAPPILY said, " She is even in my TOP 3..." I am EXTREMELY BOTHERED by a health"CARE" facility that BLATANTLY thinis OK to tell LIESTHIS IS NEVER OK-and this hurtsFurthermore, Casi was very RUDE-even ARROGANT- when my credit card company asked me to call back- a second time FriNov27th-for $credit back to card- saying THIS would be the EASIEST way to makes things rightIam completely DISSATISFIED with how I've been treated...and to quote page on the handouts I left w/..." Sonobello is COMMITTED to resolving ALL COMPLAINTS and grievances...TO THE SATISFACTION of THE PATIENT..."( Please read THAT AGAIN...) I am ADAMANT that this company RETURN my DEPOSIT!!! Due to their INABILITY to be HONEST and past ACCREDITATION issues-I am to uncomfortable to go back AND I WON'T EVEN consider "choosing another procedure..." Lastly, I contacted DrAngela [redacted] 's private practice on TuesDec 1st and was told that,"ONLY about ONE-THIRD of all people are CANDIDATES for this procedure..." Being that Casi WROTE down my BMI as '34"- she CBVIOUSLY KNEW I was too over weight to have this done..." so WHY did she insist on my deposit? They should NOT be allowed to do this! I call this STEALING UNEARNED money from THE HONEST...SHAME ON YOU SonobelloI CONFIRM ALL statements here to be trueSincerely, [redacted] Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/12/14) */ At this time we are refunding the deposit of back to the patient as we have determined she is not suitable a candidate for this procedureWhile she is a medical candidate and does meet the guidelines of being an ideal client who would benefit from our procedures we have decided it would be best to not retain the deposit for any future appointmentsRefunds can take 2-business days to be received back into the account based on the financial institution

Pary was so professional, knowledgeable, and reassuringI felt she explained everything so well and put me at easeWhen I was nervous, she asked if I wanted her there for the procedureShe came to visit at each posand calledElvia was the best nurse! She was experienced, compassionate, and engagingThank you to all of you for taking such good care of me!

From the first time I walked into SB, I was treated with genuine interest and careI was given immediate attention, went over options and before I knew it, I was approved for credit and put on the booksI've never had this type of procedure before, so being well cared for is a huge bonusI'm only weeks out from having the body contouring done, but it's something I can already tell is what I've wanted (for so long!)I'll go back in months time, but can reach out anytimeI'm pretty sore, a little bruised, and swollen - all of which is explained and expectedMy advice would be to pick a nice long weekend and have 24/support on hand for when you go home, but other than that don't wait! Just an aside: I went in on a Friday morning, and was back to work on Monday morning

I had been considering the lipo surgery on my upper and lower abs for over years! I am and have childrenI keep in good shape and exercise but I had this "Front area I could literally grab with both hands" YIKES! I was feeling so tired every morning when I got up it was like the "belly" was dragging me downI also had a lot of upper back pain and my belly was not helping :( I decided to get the surgery and I am so glad that I did! I was treated so kind and with professionalism by every one who assistedThe lady that first scheduled my appointment then I met with Baily who is amazing! She answered all my questions and gave me honest suggestions! She made me feel like we were good friends from the get go!All the staff, nurses and front desk girls were all so nice! The doctor made me feel safe and I trusted him completely! The downtime was only a few days! I am now a little over days and the results are beyond what I expectedThe main thing is I feel so wonderful and this has inspired me to work out even moreOh yes and my cute little summer dresses actually fit without that annoying "belly bulged"!!! YAY!

Spoke to Joy three weeks ago about a refund and still have not seen it nor heard from anyone I have called several times and emailed Was in for a consultation on 1/27/for liposuction, filled out paperwork and was told that it would not be a problem Received a call the following week that I would need additional testing because of family history, went for a pappointment on Feb 5th and Dr [redacted] said the Medical Director would have a hard time approving even with additional testing Emailed on Monday Feb 8th and stated that I wanted a refund, Joy called back on Tuesday to confirm my credit card number Did not see or hear anything so on Monday, Feb called and left a message No return phone call Called again on Tues Feb and Joy answered the phone and stated she sent it to corporate and she would call and find out where my refund was No call or email Emailed again on Monday Feb and still no phone call back or email I paid with a credit card and would like

I received awesome customer service by the staff member and Vanessa she made me feel like I was very important person and comfortable especially feeling so nervousWhat a great experience to know a group of people that can be trusted

Misrepresentation of liposuction results I had liposuction performed at Sono Bello in Edina, MN on 1/23/ I paid over $for the procedure after seeing numerous commercials on TV The procedure left me deformed around my midsection due to tremendous amounts of internal scar tissue Although I was told in subsequent follow up appointments that it would go away; it has been over a year and the scar tissue remains Sono Bello has not been willing to admit fault or present any way to fix this issue My results are not consistent with what was advertised on TV This has resulted in unmeasurable pain and suffering

We just spoke in regards to my complaint against the Sono Bello Corporation filed in JanuaryI did not observe the prompt to provide a rebuttal within seven days and the case was subsequently closedI was just advised to submit the rebuttal via email in order for the case to be reinstatedPlease see below As per my initial complaint, the high pressure sales tactic "which included a guarantee of results" was conveyed in my scheduling of a routine information gathering sessionI imagined that their default response would be that he signed the papersBefore leaving the establishment and upon the recommendation of the surgeon I attempted to cancel the agreement as he observed I was not committed to the serviceMy attempts to "talk to Liz about canceling" was not fruitful as I waited but was not able to speak with her because she was "busy." I took the first opportunity to notify her and as a customer service I imagined she would allow me to rescind with an agreement to pay for the free consultation(See subsequent email) Her response was fine however we are keeping your deposit Not willing to just give away money, I scheduled a greatly reduced procedure to maximize the money I had paidAlthough I was aware of the proclamation that results will vary, there was an expectation that there would be some resultsAfter five months, there has been an absence of any resultsNot only from my observation but from an observation of their nurse upon a four-month return visit The statement that I am still in recovery is not indicated that positive results will suddenly occurThe consideration for my request to rescind the high pressure agreement before leaving the office would have prevented all of this An unsuccessful attempt at speaking with the correct representative has not been available(Phone tag) In the interim, the response that I agreed to a procedure that resulted in a lack of any results is fallaciousI request that the case be re-opened Thank you

All our patients prior to undergoing any procedures have to complete numerous forms and consents to make sure they know what is possible and impossible with this procedureThose forms also state that there is no guaranteeUpon review of the patients chart we have found all such disclosures were signed by the patient, a significant amount of fat was removed and the patient is still in active recovery from their procedure as disclosed in the consent and discussed prior to procedureWe would highly encourage the patient to contact our office to be evaluated by their surgeon so we can continue to monitor the recovery and healing processOur customer experience and satisfaction is of great importance to us and we look forward to meeting and working with him

Now that I've retired from teaching, what am I going to do with the rest of my life? I had plans about traveling, a book list, volunteer work, etcBut the number one "to do" at the top of my list was "me"For decades I had been so busy with work and raising my two children that doing something special for me made me feel selfishTalking with Alexis at Sono Bello changed all thatI decided to have my chin, neck and lower eyes refreshed and six weeks after the procedure, the current results are very satisfyingMy family and friends have commented on how rejuvenated I look and their compliments have given me more confidence in myself and interacting with other peopleI now look forward to the next chapter in my life with enthusiasm and excited anticipationThe friendly, qualified staff at Sono Bello were helpful and supportive throughout the entire experienceI'm so glad I decided to invest in myself
