All our patients prior to undergoing any procedures have to complete numerous forms and consents to make sure they know what is possible and impossible with this procedure. I received awesome customer service by the staff member and Vanessa she made me feel like I was very important person and comfortable especially feeling so nervous. What a great experience to know a group of people that can be trusted.

This post is factually inaccurate. We do not allow video recording in any of our facilities due to privacy concerns for our patients and our staff members. The signed financial agreement is clear in that it states the customer was offered four treatments of Venus to be used on misc areas....

The request and demand is factually inaccurate. We made no attempt to deceive regarding the comfort of the procedure as you signed a very informative form that states that average patient experiences and comfort levels during and after the procedure and as well as state that your personal experience will vary.
 
We have made numerous attempts to address this patients concerns with offering additional venus above and beyond what is specified in the financial agreement. However, the demands for 40 additional treatments above and beyond what was contracted for is unreasonable and cannot be honored.

I was told to come back by the nurse after I lose some pounds in one of the areas that were worked on.  I am satisfied with my current weight and would just want one section redone. Which is lower abs. I met with the doctor who  was great  so polite and professional. However, when I first informed the nurse at the first week and the three months appointment, I was told the doctors would see you after one is at least 70% healed after the procedure. I was told but the nurse only I would have to lose 9 lbs overall to retarget one of the two areas worked on. I will be willing to retouch just one section over which is the lower abdomen. All of our patients, before undergoing any procedures with our facility, must sign an extensive set of documents that line out what is possible and not possible with our procedures. They specifically state in numerous places that there is no guarantee. Further, they clearly call out that while our...

procedures permanently remove fat, a healthy lifestyle is necessary to maintain results.  We specifically warn our patients that weight gain post procedure will minimize their results. These forms are signed in all cases. It appears that our team in an effort to please this person provided them over $5,000.00 in free services. Sono Bello very carefully educated the patient about this possibility if a healthy lifestyle was not followed in written and signed forms and we provided them thousands of dollars in free services to address a concern that is outside of our control. This complaint should be closed in favor of the business.

Great experience overall

Dear Revdex.com Resolutions Consultant, We have a standard of practice which involves documenting each conversation had with a patient in our scheduling software for clear record of communications. The last conversation documented was on February 3rd, 2016, the day before her scheduled procedure. I appreciate that Ms. [redacted] included the email that she sent, however it lists the recipient as "Sono Bello Practice Manager" and does not show the complete email address. We have no such email address name and have no record of the email or letter. Again, should the patient have medical documentation now substantiating some of the claims in this case, we request they contact the Portland office directly to provide it for evaluation and resolution.

The ladies are awesome... Great customers service. Everyone made me feel so comfortable as possible. Dr made thing go bye very fast. Great bedside manner. I love all the people. Great place can say enough about how awesome it was. Thank you all.

Now that I've retired from teaching, what am I going to do with the rest of my life? I had plans about traveling, a book list, volunteer work, etc. But the number one "to do" at the top of my list was "me". For decades I had been so busy with work and raising my two children that doing something special for me made me feel selfish. Talking with Alexis at Sono Bello changed all that. I decided to have my chin, neck and lower eyes refreshed and six weeks after the procedure, the current results are very satisfying. My family and friends have commented on how rejuvenated I look and their compliments have given me more confidence in myself and interacting with other people. I now look forward to the next chapter in my life with enthusiasm and excited anticipation. The friendly, qualified staff at Sono Bello were helpful and supportive throughout the entire experience. I'm so glad I decided to invest in myself.

The staff, nurses and doctors were very well informed and helpful to my individual needs. I had my contour procedure a week ago. So I am still swollen and waiting to see the results. But I've already altered my eating patterns and am ready to start exercising. I have shared my experience with friends who are interested in my journey. Thank You Sonobello for giving me my life back.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: At the time I filed the complaint, I had not yet received a refund. I have received the refund, however that is not the point of my complaint. The Admin suggested four areas for body contouring, which I then signed up for. When I met with the Doctor and his assistant, they both agreed that my inner thighs had fine contour and did not think surgery would improve their appearance. WHY would the Admin recommend the contouring? I can only believe it was for commission or to make money for the Business. Since my first surgery, I have had my 3-month follow up and the assistant who examined me agreed with me that the surgery did NOT go well and the Doctor will perform further surgery this Summer to attempt to correct. Since they will correct their first surgery, I intend to demand a different surgeon. I stand on my position to NOT use this company (or at least Dr. N[redacted]).
