For all those men out there who want to improve your appearance by removing your double chin, and loose skin, I recommend to have a neck and mini facelift with Dr. Machida. I had an excellent results from my surgery after one week, and the stitches were not even visible after the two weeks. The staff was very attentive to answer all my questions. Elvia did an excellent job with my post-surgery treatments. From the first time I walked into SB, I was treated with genuine interest and care. I was given immediate attention, went over options and before I knew it, I was approved for credit and put on the books. I've never had this type of procedure before, so being well cared for is a huge bonus. I'm only 2 weeks out from having the body contouring done, but it's something I can already tell is what I've wanted (for so long!). I'll go back in 3 months time, but can reach out anytime. I'm pretty sore, a little bruised, and swollen - all of which is explained and expected. My advice would be to pick a nice long weekend and have 24/7 support on hand for when you go home, but other than that ... don't wait! Just an aside: I went in on a Friday morning, and was back to work on Monday morning.

I did indeed receive the refund but am not happy with their response, I still have my February 8th email stating that I want to cancel and receive a refund along with the saved voicemail from Joy at Sonobello confirming my intentions but Thank You Revdex.com for getting a prompt resolution to this matter, I really appreciate it!

I have been battling an abdomen problem for the last 6 years-I'm very active at the gym-walking/running/cycling and found that nothing I was doing was helping me in that area-so I decided to go for a consult-which resulted into my procedure without hesitation-it's been 5 days and I am sore and have bruising-I'm not complaining I do have high tolerance to pain-I'm happy with the results so far and its only been 5 days! The staff and Dr W[redacted] were very professional and courteous-detailed oriented as to what to expect....I'm very satisfied and would recommend this to any woman/man-you only live once! Take advantage and be happy!

Pary was so professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I felt she explained everything so well and put me at ease. When I was nervous, she asked if I wanted her there for the procedure. She came to visit at each posts-op and called. Elvia was the best nurse! She was experienced, compassionate, and engaging. Thank you to all of you for taking such good care of me!

My experience has been great! The staff is very friendly. Each appointment was little to no waiting. Upon leaving, I knew I had made the right choice...a great choice!!

Kind, caring staff will be there for you from beginning to end. If you have any worries about your doctor schedule a previsit where you can meet him/her and ask any and all questions to ease your mind, I did, it was excellent! Their clear communication via email and in person are wonderful and answered most if not all of my questions. I had a great experience, with a great doctor and great staff at Sonobello and I'm incredibly pleased with the surgery portion as well... could not have gone better and while I'm still healing, I feel 100% confident that once the swelling goes all the way down, I'm going to look exactly as I had hoped!

The doctor, nurses and staff at Sono Bello are first class. My procedure was a success and the results I continue to show makes me happy that I chose Sono Bello. I am impressed by the by the follow up contacts and the service that I continue to receive. I have discussed these procedure with others that had theirs done at other facilities and they are impressed with my results and the continued follow up of the Sono Bello staff. I have become a walking advertisement for this facility.
