I just want to commend you on the great staff you have at Sonobello. From Dr. John [redacted] on the work he has done on my body. I'm still in the healing processes from what I can see at this time I will have very little scaring. Lonnie [redacted] from consolation to Denise [redacted] who held my hand in surgery when I was uncomfortable. These two women have made my experience at Sonobello comfortable with ease.

[redacted] ’s purchased venus treatments with us on her abdomen, arms, and inner thigh for a total of treatments After only treatments on each area she decided she did not want to proceed Please see attached financial agreement, treatment quote, invoice, and payment information along with treatment logs showing the services received As stated in our consent “all discounted treatment packages are non-refundable under any circumstances” There is no hand written addendum as mentioned in the patient complaint Therefore no refund is warranted and we ask that you close this in favor of Sonobello As a good will gesture we are willing to refund the unused portion The pricing for the used would revert to non-discounted pricing at $500/session with the remaining amount of $2,to be refunded

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The appointment scheduled for 7/was cancelled by Brielle (office receptionist) as she contacted me on 7/to reschedule for the 2nd time as they did not have have a nurse availableAs for removing additional fat as offered at no charge (per the surgeon's offer) will need to be in writing as I will not reschedule until this is confirmedI also received an email from Brielle concerned with my unhappiness and I simply replied with my dissatisfaction and no follow up was received.
As for additional appointments, in order to schedule, the appointments need to be kept by the clinic as this was not my faultI do not manage their personnel.

I requested a refund by phone 9/with Rebecca ***(Patient Care Consultant)of Sonobello for services not receivedShe said that my deposit was unrefundable and that she verbally told me that at the time of my visitShe did not or I never would have signed the paperworkAt our initial visit, She was interupted by a phone call from her son, the receptionist coming into the roomIn addition, she left the room and returned, entered incorrect income information on my credit application (used my rent amount $for monthly income), had to contact the credit company by phone and in between shoving paperwork at me to signWhen, in all that, was I verbally told my deposit was nonrefundable? Spoke to Joy three weeks ago about a refund and still have not seen it nor heard from anyone I have called several times and emailed
Was in for a consultation on 1/27/for liposuction, filled out paperwork and was told that it would not be a problem Received a call the following week that I would need additional testing because of family history, went for a pappointment on Feb 5th and Dr *** said the Medical Director would have a hard time approving even with additional testing Emailed on Monday Feb 8th and stated that I wanted a refund, Joy called back on Tuesday to confirm my credit card number Did not see or hear anything so on Monday, Feb called and left a message No return phone call Called again on Tues Feb and Joy answered the phone and stated she sent it to corporate and she would call and find out where my refund was No call or email Emailed again on Monday Feb and still no phone call back or email I paid with a credit card and would like
