It was great. Very little down time. Had my procedure done Friday and was walking around Sunday, back at work Monday.

[redacted]’s purchased 8 venus treatments with us on her abdomen, arms, and inner thigh for a total of 24 treatments.  After only 2 treatments on each area she decided she did not want to proceed.  Please see attached financial agreement, treatment quote, invoice, and payment...

information along with treatment logs showing the services received.  As stated in our consent “all discounted treatment packages are non-refundable under any circumstances”.  There is no hand written addendum as mentioned in the patient complaint.  Therefore no refund is warranted and we ask that you close this in favor of Sonobello.  As a good will gesture we are willing to refund the unused portion.  The pricing for the 6 used would revert to non-discounted pricing at $500/session with the remaining amount of $2,000 to be refunded.

Daisy is awesome she really cares about her patients.

I am Very pleased with my results this far. Dr. S[redacted] and his nurse were wonderful during my procedure and the nurses all made sure I was taken care for my after care. Chelsy and Vanessa were always so accommodating to with ALL of my appointments, never giving me a problem and always saying "Absolutely" with a smile. I have recommended many friends and look forward to seeing Sono Bello again for another procedure.

Thank you for your message. At Sono Bello all our patients sign an extensive set of forms that detail what is possible and not possible with our procedures. Including...

but not limited to an instruction sheet detailing what to expect, a very lengthy and informative consent form which details out that results will vary based upon the persons body and condition, an assurance policy which lines out our commitment to our patients satisfaction, along with a high BMI consent that states for people of higher body mass results will be less evident and multiple procedures may be required for maximum results. That information is also duplicated and stated again in the consent previously mentioned.
All those forms are signed dated, witnessed in all cases prior to treatment being performed. We would encourage the consumer to contact us to address their concerns as their individual condition would need to be evaluated by their physician at [redacted]@sonobello.com
Our physicians choose to perform this procedure due to their passion for helping our patients sculpt their body into a more pleasing shape. The comments in this post are very inflammatory and makes us question the intent of this posting.
Given the informative and thorough consent process that Sono Bello provides its patients prior to treatment, the fact we are still willing to meet with the patient to address their concerns even though in the post they do confirm they have had some result this complaint should be closed in favor of the business.

We just spoke in regards to my complaint against the Sono Bello Corporation filed in January. I did not observe the prompt to provide a rebuttal within seven days and the case was subsequently closed. I was just advised to submit the rebuttal via email in order for the case to be reinstated. Please see below.   As per my initial complaint, the high pressure sales tactic "which included a guarantee of results" was conveyed in my scheduling of a routine information gathering session. I imagined that their default response would be that he signed the papers. Before leaving the establishment and upon the recommendation of the surgeon I attempted to cancel the agreement as he observed I was not committed to the service. My attempts to "talk to Liz about canceling" was not fruitful as I waited but was not able to speak with her because she was "busy." I took the first opportunity to notify her and as a customer service I imagined she would allow me to rescind with an agreement to pay for the free consultation. (See subsequent email) Her response was fine however we are keeping your deposit.   Not willing to just give away money, I scheduled a greatly reduced procedure to maximize the money I had paid. Although I was aware of the proclamation that results will vary, there was an expectation that there would be some results. After five months, there has been an absence of any results. Not only from my observation but from an observation of their nurse upon a four-month return visit The statement that I am still in recovery is not indicated that positive results will suddenly occur. The consideration for my request to rescind the high pressure agreement before leaving the office would have prevented all of this.    An unsuccessful attempt at speaking with the correct representative has not been available. (Phone tag) In the interim, the response that I agreed to a procedure that resulted in a lack of any results is fallacious. I request that the case be re-opened.     Thank you.

personal schedule of Dr. [redacted] our staff consults with new and existing patient's for procedure within Sono Bello. In review of your chart we can see that you contacted Sono Bello via an incoming call to our call center. At this time you requested a consultation in our Edina, MN center. To ensure all patients are well educated prior to their consultation we discuss the address and direction at the time they reach out to schedule a consultation. As you may understand we do not schedule consultations for business or physicians outside Sono Bello. Additionally it was never expressed at the time of consultation that the patient specifically wanted Dr. [redacted]. This was the surgeon who was selected per the scheduling consultant meeting the needs of the patient's request for dates and times. The Financial Agreement that is in place details out the requirements for booking a procedure as well as the refund and cancellation policy. It also clear outlines the non-refundable deposit. At the time of the consultation the Financial Agreement was reviewed extensively with the patient and she acknowledged the referenced requirements for booking with her signature and 3 separate initials. Sono Bello has these policies in place to maintain the continuity of a very busy surgical schedule. Per the request of the patient we have cancelled her procedure with our center, however the deposit remains non-refundable. In effort to maintain a positive experience with the patient we will keep the deposit on file should she decide to reschedule and allow this to be used towards the balance of her procedure.

First, Sonobello is telling COMPLETELY FALSE statements here! They say I "ended up w/ Dr. [redacted] because of the DAY I requested to have surgery..." NOT TRUE! Also UNtrue is their statement saying, " I never expressed...that I specifically wanted Dr. [redacted]..." The TRUTH IS- I had actually spent OVER 2 hours researching the 67 doctors listed on Sonobello's website. I focused ONLY on FEmale surgeons-BRINGING MY LIST of, "My Top 7 DOCTORS" with me to appt. w/ Casi N. When I ASKED what doctors WERE available- I was promptly told that ONLY 2 doctors worked at this office...1 male, 1 female. I IMMEDIANTLY picked Dr. Angela [redacted]- POINTING TO HER name on my LIST-saying I ONLY wanted HER to do my surgery.(Casi LOOKED RIGHT AT my list when I pointed to it.) I then VERY HAPPILY said, " She is even in my TOP 3..." I am EXTREMELY BOTHERED by a health"CARE" facility that BLATANTLY thinks-it is OK to tell LIES.. THIS IS NEVER OK-and this hurts. Furthermore, Casi was very RUDE-even ARROGANT- when my credit card company asked me to call back- a second time Fri. Nov. 27th-for $1000 credit back to card- saying THIS would be the EASIEST way to makes things right. Iam completely DISSATISFIED with how I've been treated...and to quote page 7 on the handouts I left w/..." Sonobello is COMMITTED to resolving ALL COMPLAINTS and grievances...TO THE SATISFACTION of THE PATIENT..."( Please read THAT AGAIN...) I am ADAMANT that this company RETURN my DEPOSIT!!! Due to their INABILITY to be HONEST and past ACCREDITATION issues-I am to uncomfortable to go back AND I WON'T EVEN consider "choosing another procedure..." Lastly, I contacted Dr. Angela [redacted]'s private practice on Tues. Dec 1st and was told that,"ONLY about ONE-THIRD of all people are CANDIDATES for this procedure..." Being that Casi WROTE down my BMI as '34"- she CBVIOUSLY KNEW I was too over weight to have this done..." so WHY did she insist on my deposit? They should NOT be allowed to do this! I call this STEALING UNEARNED money from THE HONEST...SHAME ON YOU Sonobello... I CONFIRM ALL statements here to be true. Sincerely, [redacted]

At this time we are refunding the deposit of 1000.00 back to the patient as we have determined she is not suitable a candidate for this procedure. While she is a medical candidate and does meet the guidelines of being an ideal client who would benefit from our procedures we have decided it would be best to not retain the deposit for any future appointments. Refunds can take 2-4 business days to be received back into the account based on the financial institution.

I went in for a consultation on the "Lyft" procedure for my sagging family neck. I honestly didn't expect to go through with it but my husband and daughter encouraged me to go. When I got there and met with Bailey, who is WONDERFUL, it was less expensive than I anticipated and I got so excited that I booked my pre-op, and then the surgery date came and then it was done. The recovery was tough for the first week, worse than I anticipated, but once that first week was past, my neck was gone... I couldn't believe the difference, truly. I had Dr. Arun who is quite entertaining and reassuring while he is doing your surgery. The staff is great- all of them. They shared in my absolute JOY over the results. It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. If you are hesitating, DON'T. They are great, helpful (especially the weekly emails afterwards... just when you think something isn't going as it should, you get one of those and realize that everyone goes through just what you are), they are vested in your transformation. Couldn't recommend more.

All our patients prior to undergoing a procedure with us are required to review and sign numerous forms: consents and instructions sheets that detail what is possible and impossible with this procedure. One consistent theme in all of those forms that are signed is that there is a recovery process...

with this procedure and full healing and results can take up to 6 months to reveal themselves. Our records indicate that this patient is well within that recovery period and our records also indicate that there is a regularly scheduled follow up appointment with her and her physician coming up that has been on the schedule for 3 months. In review of the records it appears that a sizeable amount of fat was removed and the patient has had positive results. Our physician pledge to offer additional fat removal free of charge after the full 6 months of healing still stands is a demonstration of our commitment to try and assure patient satisfaction. Our consents clearly state additional fat removal procedures are paid for at patient cost. This $5,000 offer demonstrates Sono Bello's commitment to this patient.
We cannot make any other recommendations until the healing period is completed. Our staff is on stand by to support this patient at her regularly scheduled appointment. This complaint should be closed in favor of Sono Bello.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is an important part of my life, but no matter how hard I worked I was not happy with the image I saw in the mirror. From the time that I first met with Bailey, my care consultant I felt she listened and understood my needs and was very informative and helpful in the planning stage. The instruction and careful guidance I received from Dr. Erella before and during the procedure gave me confidence and assurance in the process. My nurse Lindsey gave great compassion and advice from the pre-op visit through recovery. Her knowledge and sharing helped me through every step of the recovery process. I am now at the 3 month mark and the results I've experienced are incredible. I am very happy and its motivating now to look in the mirror. My fitness is up to me, and the help Sonobello gave encourages me to continue working for the body I want.

Dr. W[redacted] was wonderful in explaining the surgery and checking into my overall health. Dr. W[redacted] was thorough and caring. Lorena was terrific in taking great care of me in my follow-up appointments. Tanya made me feel comfortable prior to and during the surgery. Mia is amazing and makes sure all is well with me. First class establishment!

Much of this client’s rebuttal was addressed previously in our original response. The clients disputes the use of BMI measurement and feels that is does not apply to him and his body type.  The use of the BMI measurement is a statistical measure of an individual's scaled weight according to his/her height. It is an index of weight-for-height and is widely used and accepted by medical, health and fitness professionals.     Based upon the high BMI consent that this patient signed that states that cosmetic results would not be a dramatic as that of a lower BMI person. Based upon that consent form that was signed states if the patient wants additional fat removed after the first surgery to remove even more fat we will do so at a contractually agreed upon, highly discounted rate. This is a unique policy that only Sono Bello offers. Any other surgeon would treat that as a new surgery and charge their full fee. We feel that offering an additional 70% off additional de-bulking procedures is exceedingly fair compared to industry standard. We would be happy to discuss this policy detail with him.     The complaint based upon misleading advertising is not substantiated as all our commercials contain numerous disclosures stating results will vary. This patient signed many contracts and consents prior to being treated that further state that our patients are not relying upon any marketing to make their decision to have a procedure, rather their independent discussion with their surgeon and the voluminous information in our consents about what is possible and impossible for results. Those consents clearly line out the possibilities and limitations of this procedure including but not limited the fact that results are not guaranteed.     We would encourage the patient to contact us to discuss their concerns and options.

My experience with sono bello has been wonderful. My Venus treatment specialist Daisy, from the Orlando, Florida office, is extremely knowledgeable and has worked diligently to get my body shapely, firm and fit. Her constant encouragement and insight has been inspiring and has increased my confidence. No experience can be more rewarding than having professionals like Daisy, in their fields provide their best and utmost attention. Daisy is a true confidence builder and should be recognized and commended for her caring and diligent service.
