The staff in this office is truly one of a kind! Everyone is like family. Warm and caring. The doctor is amazing and the staff I cant brag enough about. I am so happy I choose this office and I will tell everyone, if you want anything done, this is the place to go!!! The Lift Procedure is wonderful and I look and feel 10 years younger Thank you Dr. W[redacted] and everyone at Sono Bello!!!!

When I first walked into Sono Bello I was very nervous, I met with consultant Jessica and she made sure I she gave me as much information as possible and answered all of my questions regarding the procedure. Vanessa at the desk explained appointments to me and even followed up with me the next day with an email to remind me that my appointment was coming up and she was glad I joined the Sono Bello family. That was 3 months ago. Recently I went into the office for a follow up appointment and for a venus treatment to my surprise Vanessa and Jessica BOTH REMEMBERED who I am. Venus tech Kelly made me feel wonderful about myself. I have since told many people about my experience with these 3 ladies and let them know that not only did the Doctor make me forever happy however they played a major role in my happiness as well. Thank you so much Sono Bello.

Outstanding experience from the moment I first walked in the door. The office staff, nurses and Dr. [redacted] provided superb service before, during and after my procedures. I was really impressed with the constant communication from the staff and Dr. [redacted] checking on my recovery and informing me as to what I should be experiencing at the 2nd week, 4th week etc. recovery period. I just reached my 3rd month recovery mark and already looking forward to returning to this center for future services. In summary, I would like to say that at this point I am very pleased with the amazing results and the top notch service I am receiving from the staff as a whole. I highly recommend this center for anyone looking for true results.

I still wanted to get the procedures done but am very skeptical now due to this experience. There were not any documents signed by myself indicating any of this, so I am not aware that any fees could have been "billed" to me. In future, I am requesting that this vital information be discussed at all consultations thoroughly and understandably. This information had not even been brought up at my consultation and made to look very "sneaky".

After 6 weeks in recovery I am completely satisfied with the emerging results. Dr. W[redacted] was very professional and personal dealing with both the physical and psychological aspects. I have absolutely no regrets and would recommend the eye and chin enhancements to anyone contemplating such surgery. His staff has been right on target communicating with me both during and in all follow-up sessions at one week, two weeks, one month and so forth. My initial consultation was with Ms. Kay L[redacted]. She was extremely informative in helping me with my decision to move forward.

I had been considering the lipo surgery on my upper and lower abs for over 2 years! I am 52 and have 4 children. I keep in good shape and exercise but I had this "Front area I could literally grab with both hands" YIKES! I was feeling so tired every morning when I got up it was like the "belly" was dragging me down. I also had a lot of upper back pain and my belly was not helping :( .... I decided to get the surgery and I am so glad that I did! I was treated so kind and with professionalism by every one who assisted. The lady that first scheduled my appointment then I met with Baily who is amazing! She answered all my questions and gave me honest suggestions! She made me feel like we were good friends from the get go!All the staff, nurses and front desk girls were all so nice! The doctor made me feel safe and I trusted him completely! The downtime was only a few days! I am now a little over 60 days and the results are beyond what I expected. The main thing is I feel so wonderful and this has inspired me to work out even more. Oh yes and my cute little summer dresses actually fit without that annoying "belly bulged"!!! YAY!

Very happy with results after 5 weeks. Hope they continue to improve. I'm still having pain, swelling and lumps but I am not sorry I did it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Sono Bello on Turkey Lake Rd, Orlando FL. Looking forward to my 3 month appointment for before and after photo's.

We are sorry that you had an issue getting your deposit refunded but we understand that our office has now resolved your concerns.  Thank you for considering Sono Bello for your body contouring needs.

Two things: I signed an agreement based on false statement of your sales person. I agreed to pay for service you were obligated to provide. You did not fulfill your obligation but still charged me. It makes the money I paid for service that I never received a loan. And I do not loan money. You failed to fulfill the agreement on your side. And Second: Your sales person knowing that it says in the agreement that I was supposed to get a consultation with doctor and get my questions answers by a medical professional, tries to modify the agreement and writes  a date that I allegedly had consultation with doctor but mistakenly puts a date after the surgery, which makes this whole agreement invalid. I am also attaching a copy of email communication with director of operation of Sono Bello Stephanie V[redacted] confirming that Sono Bello was not able to fulfill their agreement to perform the procedure on my knee area, the area of my primary concern and why I came to Sono Bello in the first place.

My experience with Sono Bello was just amazing. I saw inches melt away within days, and my body is still contouring now and I'm at my 3 month post op. I would recommend them to anyone.

All staff is so friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more compassionate people.

I just want to commend you on the great staff you have at Sonobello. From Dr. John [redacted] on the work he has done on my body. I'm still in the healing processes from what I can see at this time I will have very little scaring. Lonnie [redacted] from consolation to Denise [redacted] who held my hand in surgery when I was uncomfortable. These two women have made my experience at Sonobello comfortable with ease.

All of our patients prior to having a procedure with our facility review, sign and date numerous forms that clearly line out what is possible and what is impossible with our procedures. Further...

patients sign a form stating that there is no guarantee of results.
This patient has had a positive result from their procedure with all areas treated completed, and a considerable volume of fat removed with the intended outcome achieved. To help alleviate their concerns we have offered them an additional procedure at a 70% off cost for additional fat removal.
In summary, the patient was clearly consented through numerous forms and agreements prior to procedure, all services have been rendered, and the patient had a good clinical result with improvement in all treated areas and extended her additional services at greatly discounted fees to help satisfy the concerns. This complaint should be closed in favor of the business.
