I received treatment (TriSculpt) on 9/6/19. I am unhappy with the reults so far. I understand that there is still 2 months of "healing" to go, however, I want to make sure my issues are heard at the corporate level, as I would like a plan to remedy this situation in place. 1.) During consultation I was told this would be "life changing", not that I truly expected that, but not even my pants size has changed and the results seem barely noticeable. 2.) I was also told a specific area of concern would be addressed because I was having the hip area done, but it was not. 3.) I consulted with another physician as I was not sure I trust Sono Bello anymore and was told that due to my BMI (34) I should have had this completed in 2 surgeries, or had been asked to lose weight prior to the surgery. Instead, it seemed like they were more interested in taking my money. 4.) Up to 5 liters can be taken during surgery, but only 3.3 liters was removed from me. Why was more not taken so that the results could be maximized? 5.) I was told at my 3 month post op check up that my surgeon was no longer working there, but before he left had scheduled several "touch ups" and a touch up surgery with a different surgeon was an option, but I would need to wait until 6 months had passed. This seems shady to me that he is no longer there for one, but also that he had had to schedule several other touch ups. It doesn't seem like he was doing his job correctly the first time.

On July27,2019 I came in the Tyson Corner office to have a consultation with Courtney for liposuction I scheduled the pre opt that day with Dr. M. I was informed by Courtney that the recovery time is a week after surgery. I agreed to have the surgery on July31,2019 , and I had to see the doctor for pre opt. So I came back in for 2pm. appointment to see doctor Dr. M. I was informed that the liposuction on my stomach was not enough to make my stomach flat. I needed to also have skin removed so I added to my plan and I agreed to have a mini tummy tuck. I was given a care bag with peels to take an a list of items to purchased before my surgery. July31,2019 I went to Sona Bella Tyson Corner location had liposuction on my lower abdominal and skin removed. The surgery was horrible I felt the doctor removing the fat from my inner thighs. On August 26,2019 I was having a lot of pain and an foul smell coming from my incision so I went to *** urgent Care I was diagnosis with infection in my incision from my surgery I was prescribed clindamycin. 300mg for infection and naprosyn for pain and swollen. I noticed that Dr. M place the incision to low in the front of the lower abdominal and the incision was not straight. I also noticed that it pulls my *** skin up because the incision is to low. I suffer from ingrown hair in my incision because of the surgery and I have sharp pains in my legs. Also my stomach is not flat I have raised these issues informally to Sona Bella Since August2019 in and out of Sona Bella office visits being seen by their nurses and one doctor. They never have any doctors available they are performing surgery. I am not please with these result from surgery. Sona Bella advertisements are false.The surgery that was performed was botched. Also doctor that perform my surgery was relocated from Tyson Corner office.

Sona Bello Tyson Corner, Virginia office employee Amy offered me $3,995.00 to settled this case and removal of all negative information concerning the company. This company does not care about their customers it is all about the money that they get from their customers not the results. They care more about their reputation, and my experience was horrific. After I paid $9,000.00 for liposuction and skin removal. I am requesting for my full refund to be $9000.00 that was paid for surgery that was conducted by a surgeon that convinced me to pay for skin removal an to get the results of a flat stomach and in the process I suffered complications an infection and I felt surgeon removing the fat do to the medication that was given to put me the sleep wore off. I did not received the results that I paid for my stomach is not flat and I have to deal with the scars and emotional scars. Sona Bella do not care about their customers’!!!

I am rejecting this response because: Sona Bella did not meet the standard level of care because I contracted an infection from the surgery the medication that the doctor gave me wore of while he was performing the surgery, and also the doctor made the incision low and cricket in the front. The are not professionals. I paid for a mini tummy tuck and did not achieve the flat stomach. So the standard of care was not meet. Sona Bella informed me the documents I signed exclude them from any responsibilities. Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had Liposuction done in March 2019 and was promised I would have a flatter stomach. Sonobello claims in about 6 months you will see the actual results. I have not and my stomach is still the same when I went prior to the surgery. I spoke with the Manager Michelle asking to speak to someone higher in authority and she said, only her or the surgeon will speak to me. I asked for at least half of my money refunded, because Sonobello failed to deliver on their promise and advertisements. The Manager concludes they are NOT refunding me any money and I can meet with my Surgeon who performed the surgery, to see if he is willing to go in and remove more belly fat! At this point, I do not want Sonobello to touch me again, as they did not do a good job the first time and I do not trust Sonobello a second time. I'm disappointed and disgusted with how I look after paying $8250 to look the same. Sonobello can cause patients to harm themselves because they expect Sonobello to deliver on their promises. I am rejecting this response because:
Sonobello has not delivered their services as outlined by them in the beginning. My stomach beats witness to my claims. They have been inconsistent from the time I explained my concerns to them. The Manager was rude and started blaming me for not getting the results I expected them to deliver and when she realized they were unfounded, then she offered me to meet my surgeon. I have requested to speak to their Corporate office and to no avail. The Manager informed me it's only her and the surgeon I will be able to speak to. Sonobello did perform the surgery but no results were achieved. I have ALL the same belly fat now, as I did when I went to them to help reduce it. The facts are, those risks and benefits mentioned is applicable if the customer expects a flatter tummy. My tummy is the same.
I will go public and encourage others who were duped of their hard earned money to come forward and tell their story, hopefully forcing Sonobello to deliver on their promises. If it is not resolved here at Revdex.com, I am also reporting Sonobello to the Board of Registration of Medicine. I will seek justice for myself and others that Sonobello plays a dangerous game with our health & self-esteem.

I went in to get a liposuction done on three areas. Was told id look and feel better. I would be smaller in the waist, flat stomach and the fat cells would never grow back in those areas. I was told by Victoria the consultant that "i could eat Mcdonald's every day for ten years and never have the fat come back". the fat came back less than two years. first procedure didn't work. Came back in and paid for the Mini tummy tuck and they cut your extra skin off stretch and sow back up. scar still itches and hurts below my belly button. have cottage cheese feeling under the skin from damaged tissue from being to aggressive with the wand. ive gained 10 pounds more than when I came in. my stomach looks worse cosmetically. and my sides and back skin droop from where the incursions where made. use to be tight now loose skin. complained and they said nothing they could do further that I might just have medical issues or medication problems. I have no medical issues and do not taken medication for anything. my Physical show i'm extremely healthy with perfect blood pressure. Dr suggested mal practice on Sono Bellas part. I spent $7,500 total and to two different finance companies. Was told to wait 3 months. Told to wait three more. Then told wait six months for results then told after a year I waited to long and would have to pay a full $5,000 for another procedure.I physically look worse and with scars and pain and itchiness by insertions. Have a wife as my witness throughout all procedures and consultations of there failed promises.

Mr.s procedure was performed in 2018 and at 1 month post-op good results were notated. Unfortunately, Mr. did not return for additional follow-up care and during the past two years has had significant weight gain. Even though our satisfaction commitment is for 1 year following surgery, in good faith we have attempted to have his case reviewed by another physician and our medical leadership team who have denied the need for additional treatment. Patient is in contact with our Director of Patient Experience to determine any additional course of action for resolution.

They will not refund money paid in full and theydid not perform a service. They knew I was uncomfortable with the surgeon as she and almost everyone else at this clinic had been there less than 6months. They kept trying to sell me on it and did not disclose whothe surgeon was u til 7 days prior to surgery. They told me to go home and think about it. I did and decided it was not for me. Now they won't give me any money back. I don't expect a full refund but at least 75 percent should come back because they didn't do anything.

I was going to use their service to have a procedure done to relieve fat from my stomach area.
You are required to put a $500.00 down before you can consult with the physician. I this this by phone with a credit card. When I got to the office I was told that I had other papers to fill out , which I did and afterwards the receptionist took the papers and said she would give me copies when I returned from seeing the doctor . at this point I went in to see the doctor , I did not read the papers. After talking to the doctor and hearing what he had to say about the procedure and going home thinking it over, I decided that I did not want to go though with it. I called them to say I changed my mind and would like to have a refund. That's when I was told that I could not get a refund , I informed the Manager, that I was pulled in to see the doctor and NO I had not read that in the papers before I signed them and that I was rushed in to see the Doctor before she gave me my copies back. I don't think you can make a concrete decision without talking to the doctor first and hearing his take on what will take place and somewhat as to what your results will be. I spoke to Ms. Talia M she stated that it should not be a problem for me to get a refund and that she would put it in though are Manager Ms.. Than once I spoke with Ms. she started coming up with all these different reasons as to why I shouldn't receive a refund or why I should be giving a partial refund

In August 2019, I scheduled a consultation which cost $100. I was told that it would be applied to the procedure I chose. I met with a sales person, who gave me a packet of information, told me the cost of what I wanted done would be $13,500. In order for me to meet with the MD and discuss the procedures I wanted, I had to put down a $1000 non-refundable deposit, which would also be applied to my procedure. After discussing it with my husband, we decided that after the first of the year, would be a better time. In the meantime, my sister was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer which has metastasized to her chest cavity. Two months later, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. With the medical bills I will incur, I've decided against the liposuction and a tummy tuck. I requested a refund, in writing, but the sales person has not responded to my emails or calls. She will respond only if I am inquiring about something else. I am not giving Sono Bello a $1000 for services never rendered. I want my money refunded.

Sonobello So I went in today for my 6 month follow. I met with the Doctor and another nurse. Mind you I haven’t seen the doctor since the morning of the procedure back in May. When I can for my one week follow up the RN that saw me had a look of concern on her face and said she couldn’t believe how swollen I was at 1 week. She then told me to continue wearing the garment and start exercising and to take pamprin and midol, drink lots of fluids to help with the swelling. I did all of these things still no results. I called the nurse at about 8-9 was post op and I asked her about still wearing RN garment as I had lost 4-6 lbs since surgery and she said sure you should have been stopped wearing that a few weeks ago. I also told her I still haven’t seen any results and she well there is nothing they can do until they see me at 3 months. I went for my 3 month follow up and the same RN seen me and still couldn’t believe I “was still so swollen”. She then tried to find reasons why I was still so swollen and had me to ask my personal doctors to rule out reasons why I was still swollen. I did just that and emailed the nurse with the doctors finding which did not support any of her ideas that it was just me and that the surgery wasn’t a success she brought the assistant manager in to discuss my concerns and according to my pics there appeared to be a ever so slight improvement but I still felt the exact same way in my clothes now as the day before surgery. Then the nurse suggested I meet with the doctor and someone the discuss my dissatisfaction. Which I was so pissed that I LITERALLY WASTED 8000, I could not believe it that I didn’t schedule that appt until my 6 month follow up was due. I met with the doctor today and what do you know his findings are that’s just excess skin and the only way to smooth that out is to pay more money and get a faux tummy tuck. People get Liposuction everyday and get immediate change may not be significant change but a change. The entire Norfolk office promised I was going to love my results. The nurse the wheeled me to the car afterwards told my husband that he and I where going to love the results but we had to give it the full 6 months. Well here I am six months later 8000 down the drain and the doctor suggested another procedure at an additional cost. I totally believe this is apart of there sales. They have an additional procedure waiting that of course cost additional moneys to give you the results you were looking for initially. This is total BS and I want to speak to someone in customer service ASAP.

I would give this place a zero review if I could. The sales lady was so rude and condescending that I had to leave the initial consultation. The manager said we could come back and see someone else.
That was how they chose to handle this. No apologies, no promise that this women will be talked to. Nothing. The
staff need customer service training. I went into the offices hopeful yet nervous because its a sensitive topic. This women was horrible!
I am so sick of large companies just treating people like a number because they monopolize an industry. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

I came into Sono bello for a initial consultation, where I went over my desired results ***. I asked questions, and was assured that I was the perfect candidate for this procedure. So I proceeded to do what I needed to get the procedure paid for. Sono bello required that I put a $500 payment before I could even be seen by the dr. Which I thought was weird. But I was again reassured this was the right procedure for me. Keep in kind that I stated several times what my goal was, and what areas were of problems for me. Again only to be re assured that this was the right procedure. Came to my appt today 12/17/19 only for the dr to tell me that my issue is not fat related and Lipo won’t help or the skin x, but instead skin which I knew so the dr offered her services. HowEver Majik assured that the procedure would take care of that. This all seems very fraudulent, now they are stating I cannot get my $500 back. Even though they did not provide services as promised. Not because of me but because there employee mis informed. This is really just a horrible experience I just want my money back. I feel like I was mis led for commission. Their website states they are here to help people achieve their goals and to help people feel better about themselves. They have only left me feeling remorseful that I even considered this company. I had read all the reviews but wanted to believe otherwise

I had a procedure scheduled on November 13, 2019 at the Tampa office. The doctor said he could not preform the procedure and my money would be refunded. Attempts to obtain the refund have been futile and half the calls never been returned. It has been a month and if this complaint does not result in rapid repayment, I will have to seek legal assistance.

First of all, I'd like to start with the customer service is horrible I book an appointment and I show up at least half an hour before and I always have to wait up to 30 minutes to an hour passing my appointment, twice happened to me get into the room after waiting 30 minutes on top of my time and they had me wait again for about an hour and 15 minutes this was the first time, and the second time got in and they also had me change my clothes and one of the nurses came to me and they said the doctor still in the middle of a procedure we can't ask him to stop just to come and see you THIS IS WHAT THEY EXACTLY SAID TO ME. Second of all I'd love to talk about the management how they're unorganized *** and ***, after having a hard time dealing with *** also one of the nurses I had to follow up with him every single day about my case status he won't give me a call back unless I call him then I asked him to transfer me to his manager which is ***, I talked to her about my case she said you have to wait up to one week to get you an update, after almost three weeks I called her she was out of the office they told me she'll be available via emails I sent two emails as a follow-up and she never replied back a day after I called and they said she's in a meeting once she has done she'll call you back and she never did. I had to call her and she was like ooh I'm sorry I know I could have done a better job to keep you update for your case but things happen you know I was like!!! Then she transferred me to *** the bad attitude guy He called me and told me to explain my concern to him and I did he was super short with his conversation he just wanted to hang up the phone keep saying I don't have time I'm running out of time was that everything you have I need to go and I was in the middle of the conversation finally I told him sure I will go and hear back from you he was like I can't promise you anything I don't think they'll take an action about your case.

The surgery went OK.... When my swelling went down, I noticed a lot of dimpling on one side of my lower abdomen and also around my bellybutton and also a lot of fullness on my abdomen. When I went for my post op, I discussed my concerns about my abdomen and was talked into $2200 worth of "Venus" after the first free one. I was told it would help around my bellybutton as well as the areas where there was dimpling, but it never did. I'm extremely displeased, dissatisfied and feeling duped with the results after investing over $7K in what I was told would be a significant transformation within 6 months.
My results are close to minimal and almost unnoticeable. I read in a review Sono Bello was a sketchy franchise & service would be troublesome after I had the procedure done. The in-take coordinator was so nice until you would believe anything she say. Thus far it’s been deplorable & it wasn’t when the selling was positioned to me. I should have taken heed to that review. My body has some significant indentations that were not there previously. Every time I shower I get even more disappointed and depressed because I feel duped. It's aggravating that this company takes advantage of people with a corporate approach to a very serious decision. I will never get that time and I certainly don't have the results I was promised. When I complained to the surgeon he tried to down play me about some plant base diet whereas other Sono Bello facilities don’t even speak on this diet plan for success results. The surgeon offered 5 more Venus treatment on top of the 13 I purchased myself to have the results promised to me but I haven’t seen NO CHANGE just time wasted.

I have a bad surgery in 9/2018. Since then I had to have two revision surgeries. I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay for my surgery. They should have done it right the fire time.

I had a procedure last aug...to make a long story short. I was never contacted by the Las Vegas office after my procedure and only conversation I had with them is when they canceled my 1 month appt..

I had to cancel a procedure with this company due to a death in the family, and they still want to charge me for the full surgery that never took place. I have never dealt with such a heartless company. This matter is still under dispute. I will give an update and full account once the dispute is settled.

It makes me sick to my stomach to read these reviews. Im sitting here trying to come up with the right words to describe my experience and results thus far. And it is overwhelming to say the least. Needless to say I’m not very happy and I want a refund!

I’m February of 2017 I went to a consultation and spoke with Chelsea, I informed her of how I would like my abdomen and sides done. She showed me pictures of other customers and told me I would be a great candidate. She even pulled my fat from my stomach to my back to show me how flat my stomach and sides would be. So I got the procedure done one day after my consultation. About two months after the procedure I. kept calling the office due to me not seeing any results so they kept scheduling appointments with me I told them several times I was not satisfied with the work. So in September 2018 they decided to go back and redo my procedure. After that procedure my stomach still was not flat or didn’t look like anything Chelsea promised me. So I informed them again that I was not satisfied and I was still in pain 6 months after my procedure. September 2019 I went to the hospital due to the abdominal pain and found out that I have a blood clot and my stomach muscles are too tight and this came from the procedure. My stomach is very lumpy and is still hard. It looks deformed. I’m very disappointed and now I have hospital bills and copays I have to pay due to this procedure. Something needs to be done.

I am rejecting this response because: First and foremost they did not go over the risk with me, I was not aware that I could get a blood clot and have muscle problems after my procedure. I am very unsatisfied with Sono Bello. All I asked, is for them to refund me.

Services were not completed and the office will not take my calls. The doctor said I would receive a refund since he would not complete the procedure due to what he called "medical issues". The office will not return my calls and it has been 15 days.

I am not sure as to how much detail to give here; however, I did comply with all requests the Sono Bello doctor gave of me which included being cleared for the procedure by both my primary physician and a cardiologist.

I went in to Sono bell on 11/16/2019. I had consult with Sarah. I set up to have a procedure done on 12/06/19. I had not paid any money. Sara said I had to make a payment within the next day or so. I fell on 11/08/19 ad broke my ankle. I called and talk to fannie to cancel on procedure on 11/08/19 at 6.10p.m., their after hours service. On 11/12/19, sara still put my card through for 500.00. When I called to complain and told her I had cancel she said there was nothing she could do because they money was already taken. I explain to her the money was taken after I cancel. She said I would have a 500.00 credit. Then I ask could the money just be paid on my sisters account, eventhough my sister still owe money, she said "no" because her procedure was already down. But again explain I would always have a 500.00 dollar credit. I was told I could cancel as long as I cancel 14 day prior to my surgery. Now sara is saying they will not return my money but I will have 500.00 credit forever.
