Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I'm rejecting the response I've recieved because I've been given either information or information that at the end of the day I end up having to come out of pocket to have this issue fixedI will not accept a blanket response because Sony doesn't want to take the extra step to having my IP addressed removed from their banNot only that but they had to go about it illigally to ban my addressI will not, and repeat this again, will not come out of pocket for something they did illigallyNot only that but they did not give me a contact recently about this issueIt has been an issue that I've called in and they stated that it's nothing they can do about this issue-- that the best way to solve this is to contact my ISP and to have my IP address changedThe only way comcast/xfinity is doing this is if either I scheadule a time, which I really can't, for a technitian to come out or to come out of pocket for a new modem to be shipped out to meSince I don't have a bus route that goes out that far where I can exchange the modem atThis is an issue they can fix, but they're not doing itThis is an illigal action they taken upon me for no reason-- and I want this to be solved correctlyI don't want this to become something so outlandish like resorting to courtThis is not a satifactory response, if at that they're just shoving the blame onto Xfinity/Comcast of all their problems.Sincerely,*** ***

manually eject her disc from the console prior to service by following the steps outlined here:

Because you are implying that any infestation was out faultThe units wasn't even months old and was completely deadThe unit was never opened I know this because the seal was never broken nor was the game removed as requestedYou somehow managed to rate my product as infested yet you never opened the machineHmm that is a tricky one Furthermore, we pay for pest control from a certified pest company we have no bugsI can provide all documentation showing we have been paying for pest control for yearsIf there was bugs how do you know they didn't come from the transit company the boxes you send aren't completely sealedInstead you take advantage of people and just instantly disqualify there warrantyI have started the process to file an Attorney general report and preparing to take you you guys to to small claims court if we can't get this resolved in the next week I don't see how it is possible for you to claim bug infestation when you never even opened the unit not only is it dishonest but it's illegal. since you guys have refused to cover an in warranty claim for absolutely no good reason I have been forced to go this route to protect myself as a consumer.
