Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This response basically puts me in a worse situation than what I was prior to contacting the Revdex.comI have tried contacting Sony support again since receiving this response, and have not been able to get any additional information regarding this supposed account sharing I can only presume this is related to the fact that my account was stolen, which is the original problem that I had contacted Sony in the first place in January of this year Sony acknowledged that I lost control of my account and returned it to me Each time I found something wrong with my account since then, the first thing I have done is to again contact Sony to seek support This most recent contact, was again, me trying to reach out to Sony to get my account back under control You could view this as me trying to get Sony to stop my account from being shared, as I did not, nor never wanted it to be done in the first place
I am also unclear, as the response indicates that my "account has been disabled" This is unclear to me, as if I take it at what it says, then I would no longer have access to my account period This is not what I was requesting I just wanted the PStied to my account removed, as this was not my PS4, and had been attached to the account when my account was stolen Again, here I was contacting Sony to prevent my account from being used in a way I did not authorize We're on the same side here, and I'm being punished for trying to undo the problems associated with my account being stolen
I would like the suspension placed on my account removed, as I find it to be unjust The accusations laid against me are false, at least as far as I understand them If Sony has some information linking me to account sharing that is not related to my account being stolen, and attached to another PS4, I would like to receive a call from someone that can explain this to me, because as it stands, I have no idea what I personally did that could be seen as account sharing I have literally never shared my account information with anyone, not even my wife

In other wordsPlayStation could not helpWhen I explained the problem to Sony, they could not help either
That is why I end up filing an complaint with the Revdex.comPlayStation or Sony could not or will not help
Then you want me to contact Sony again! Sony wants me to contact PlayStation

I have been calling Sony since May, it is now Sept and they keep giving me different responsesThat game, NBA 2Kwas supposably coming to me when they sent my system back, it didn'tThey said it was being packaged and labeled seperatly, it never cameThen they said it was coming to me directly to me from another companyFew weeks later, they claimed they had no record of the gameA few weeks after that, they said the game would come to them from a separate conpany and they would then send it to meNot one of the employees nor supervisors seem to be on the same page with eachotherI want my game or the $dollars that I paid for the game so I can replace it myself

I do not accept the actions taken by Sony!! This is the email Mr*** sent me on July 6, 2015:
Hello ***,
I am writing you in response to your Revdex.com letter
I did further reseach the PlayStaion(R) Network account purchasesI found that all the purchases were made from your original PlayStation(R) console, and from your householdSo we cannot say who made the purchases, but it was someone in your householdSCEA, LLC cannot send a "Letter of Error" if we did make an error
I also spoke to *** and she mentioned that in your letter you stated that the bank was charging you $in overdraft fees, and your Revdex.com letter shows $
At this point you may need to ask your bank to speak to a supervisor to have them lift the over draft feesAt this time SCEA, LLC will not be able to do anything further

Mr*** did not leave his contact information where I could contact him concerning this issueAs I've stated before I had spoke with *** concerning this issue she gave me the run-arounds stating corporate didn't even have a template for the letter I was asking for a (letter of error) and now Mr*** is making another excuse to not write this letterI only had $in my account when I authorized the $on June 19, to be taken out which left me a balance of $7.09!! I have other businesses that automatic takeout of my account each month, so the $left was gonna cover $that would be taken out on June 22, 2015!! But because $and another $was taken out of my account on June 20, caused the overdraft then on June 22, the other company had taken out $causing a double overdraft!! I didn't realize this until after all this had already transpiredWhen I checked my account that morning June 22, and saw the overdraft fees in the amount of $this is when I contacted SonyMore fees accumulated because the bank had to cover for the amount of $taken out, in which now my account is -$128.89!! My account has been negative for over days and counting!! I DID NOT authorize the purchases of $or $on June 20, I have asked for a (letter of error) from Sony and they continue to make excusesAgain I'm a single mother of three and work a part-timeI have a very strict budget and I knew how much I had in my account to spend, so I did not order anything on June 20, 2015!! This is a simple request that I am asking of Sony and I would truly appreciate if Sony would honor my wishes and clear my account from these negative charges!!

I don't accept the response because they have provided no explanation as to why they will do nothingIt is essentially a brush off and shows that they don't care about any customer complaintsThey need to provide a satisfactory explanation for their refusal and preferably a credit to allow the game to be purchased at a discount as it should have been in the first place
If they choose to not try and resolve this they should know it will result in the loss of a 20+ year loyal customerI hope that they choose to do the right thing
