reserves the right to disqualify the PlayStation from service if evidence of infestation is identified.  The decision by the technician is final and the PlayStation cannot be returned for service.

3 hours call today. no help at all . argumentative hung up on. going in circles. supervisor refused to transfer to mgr. or answer questions. rude.
this is an ongoing nightmare of failed lies and promnises. that never seems to end. sent in ps4 second time in over a month. to get repairs and was told I would get a call from the tech dept at least to tell me if I would be getting the same ps4 back or a new or refurbished one like I requested and was told by the mgr that I would most likly get. also he said I would get a call from a tech because I put a note advising themt o please do that in detail. no call from no one. same generic email stating system is on its way with tracking nbr. then another email 2 dayts later stating same thing except a periphreal is on its way? periphreal? what are they sending me is the mlb 2015 game I was promised. I tried to call back and find out if they already sent my mlb game that I was promised by mgr and they documented in the notes for such nightmare services both customer and repair the. simple questions all of which would not be answered reasons I called . 1. am I getting the same ps4 a new one like I requested or refurbished different one. 2. did u ship my mlb game if not please do. 3. how is the system and game being shipped to me fedex? and if so does it require signature veryimportant because I wont be home to sign. 4. I wanted to know what was fixed on the ps4 both timesi sent them in. all I get is a box with no description what was fixed or even if its the same ps4 or a new one. nothing. just a trackingt number that doesnt even work. please help and please answer these questions., I do not trust ps anymore because I have only had the ps4 for maybe 7 months and it started doing bad things within 2 months that I just dealt with. I send it in for repair and it comes back with more problems than it had going in. and now im being advised but ps isnt sure that it maybe the same one? no one knows anything over here and its showing frustrating when someone pretends to act like they are doing some service to you other than wasting your time and frustrating you even more at their very disingenuine tone and empty canned answers repeated . did I mentino the hold times. refuse to transfer to supervisor and being hung up on 5 times. I didnt swear nothing they just couldnt answer my questions and I kept asking in different ways to see if I could make a connection to this robot person I seem to be talking to . will a human begin who is honest and forthrigh please call me . ti resolve this horrid experience. pleae contact me on my numnber

please leave this case is open longer than 10 days from now as im sure it will take longer for them to resolve my ongoing chronic issues/ some new/some old with them.
I would like to add to the case that matthew cunningham instructed me to send in my bluetooth headsets so the "lab" can test them as well as my ps4 which I have done.
as soon as I received the labels I returned them via fed ex. the headsets tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXX and the s4 tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXX.
please leave case open for at least another 15 days. I am asking for an extension.
very worried my headsets are going to a different location than my ps4 is. tried calling [redacted] to no avail to make sure this wasn't another mistake because everything that could go wrong so far in this experience has.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:After days of waiting, I got an email with the following information "Notice: Unauthorized or pirated software has been detected on your PlayStation®3 system. This use has violated the terms of both the "System Software License Agreement for the PlayStation®3 System" and the "Terms of Services and User Agreement" for the PlayStation®Network and its Community Code of Conduct provisions. As a result, your account has been permanently banned and access to PlayStation®Network services through your PlayStation ® 3 system has been terminated permanently." I have sold my PS3 for months now. I don't even use it back when it was still with me (that's why I sold it) and now Sony is telling me that my account was banned because of a PS3 system, I don't really care if they ban the ps3 because as i've said it's not with me anymore, but I need my account. Again if there are something unusual with an account Sony could have warned the owner first before deciding to ban the account instantly. I'm will patiently be waiting for them to reconsider even though I haven't been able to play online because of the banning. I still have subscription that's good until 2017 and some money on my account. I just want my account back because of my data and my purchases. I hope someone could help me recover it. To whom it may concern:
I accept the response issued by Sony Computer Entertainment America and will be contacting Playstation Customer Service in order to exercise my one year warranty with regards to the defective Dualshock 4 Controllers, as stated in SCEA's response. I would like to thank those at Sony corporate who reached out to me with their kind gestures of good will which is one of the reasons I will remain a Sony customer. However I would like to end this statement by stating for the record that I attempted multiple times to contact someone in a position of authority at both SCEA and Playstation Customer Service via telephone and e-mail and was denied access in each instance when all I requested was a simple dialogue in regards to my issues and that involving the Revdex.com was my only recourse in response to the lack of communication I received from SCEA and that as a customer of over 20 years I find it disturbing the lengths I had to go through in order to find some sort of correspondence in regards to such a trivial issue. I hope that SCEA does indeed take my feedback to heart and learn to better themselves as a company and improve their customer service branch of Playstation. I hope that Sony and I can finally move beyond these issues and continue to have an amicable relationship now and in the future.
