It took almost a month to receive my console. It is not acceptable for agents and managers to not have any answers for the consumers when they call regarding their items. I am very disappointed and although I'm sure you don't care I will never ever purchase another Sony product. Hopefully you will train your team better so that they can be of some assistance when customers call for help

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: SIEA is still screwing over the consumer a second time with their greed. Other divisions of [redacted] have accepted the betrayal of trust with this game and are taking steps to protect the consumer and instilling confidence with their spending by offering refunds for ALL purchases to this game. I will NEVER accept that SIEA will do nothing for ALL the purchases of the game, or their half assed refund date. Considering the Founders packs(which is when I expect the lion's share of purchases were made) were offered in June and ended in July. SIEA is cheaply covering its [redacted] by the offering of their refund and screwing every consumer that came before that date. Which that date isn't even far from the ending of the founder's packs. It reeks of greed and is NOT something [redacted] would have done last generation when it was losing the console wars. This is the kind of crap [redacted] would have pulled, but this time they're actually the good company protecting consumers. This response infuriates and disgusts me. Simply turning on my PS4 makes me sick to think how far [redacted] has fallen to greed and terrible service simply because they can afford it now that they won this generation. I wish I had just supported [redacted]. In the future I will not be supporting any companies running this type of game on [redacted] systems because they do nothing to protect the consumer when they allow scams to get onto their network. [redacted] didn't even live up to their own closure of service date, and closed the servers down a month early from when they were supposed to. They had already gotten all their money from micro-transactions so I guess they decided there was no point keeping the scam running with no further profit. If there was a legal action to be taken, you can bet I would certainly be taking it, or joining it, instead all I can do is continue to reject this unacceptable response and hope someone will see the way SIEA handles its service and shy away from supporting them.  What's really a shame is I have to deal with SIEA and not one of the other branches, because they are offering full refunds and protecting the consumer. Guess it goes to prove not all branches are equal, and SIEA is far inferior to the other branches. This whole ordeal makes supporting anything [redacted] in the future very unlikely for me and I will actively discourage anyone I meet from doing the same.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: once logging into my account I discovered my credit card was used while I was locked out of my account.  Even though playstation issued a refund they seem to think they did me favor by doing so.  to my knowledge they are doing nothing to prosecute whoever logged into my account, used my credit card, and downloaded 191 games.  I have received no explanation or apology for locking me out of my account for 2 weeks, 2 weeks I could not access my paid playstation plus account or netflix or my wwe network account.  Sincerely,[redacted]

Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, and its President [redacted] have provided absolutely unsatisfactory customer service to me. I purchased a $400.00 PlayStation 3 Console that was a faulty system, and Sony has taken no responsibility for this. From the time I purchased the system, it was rarely used and it was never dropped or mishandled in any way. One day the system completely stopped working, and after all troubleshooting options with Sony, they determined the system to have a catastrophic hardware failure. I was given no options for repairs, and was only give the option to pay $100, plus tax, more, to have the system replaced. This was unacceptable to me. I already spent $400.00+ on the system, and now I am being asked to pay more, just to play the games I have already purchased. I don't want new games or additional products, I just want to be able to play the games I have on the system I already own. I have spent thousands, if not tens of thousands, of dollars on Sony products over the years, and there was no compromise shown to a loyal customer. It was Sony's way, or the highway. I was asked to mail a letter to consumer affairs at Sony to express my concerns, and almost a month later I received not a single response. I don't know how companies like this are not made to be held accountable for such poor poor service. [redacted] should be shamed in public for the horrible operation he is running. To treat your customers with such a lack of respect, is all that is wrong with corporate America, today. There is no recourse for the customer - the little guy - who is the one responsible for the success of the company. After filing with the Revdex.com, Sony still declined to offer any options to me. I am appalled by the lack of decency and understanding from a company who shows no respect to its loyal customers. [redacted] and SCEA, LLC should be ashamed of the policies he put in place to handle consumer affairs. I am completely and utterly dissatisfied with response from SONY in this matter.

SONY continues to offer me a replacement for the faulty console they sold me, and asking me to pay the full cost of $100.00 plus tax for the replacement. I will never accept this option, and that is non-negotiable for me. SCEA and its President and CEO [redacted] should have an obligation to satisfy their customer, and I have not been satisfied. My broken system should be accepted by SCEA for repairs at a cost of much less than what they are charging me for a replacement console that I do not want. All I want is for them to correct the damage of a faulty system that they sold to me. I decline the response from SONY. I am appalled by the service I received, and I hold SCEA and [redacted] responsible. I would happily discuss this matter with member's of the media, and would participate in any class action lawsuit filed for similar incidents with their faulty Playstation 3 consoles.
