Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Thank you for investigating and working to resolve my issue, deactivating consoles on my account. However, I am frustrated that my account is suspended for seven days due to accusations of sharing. What has been called sharing I have complained about as unauthorized access; I have not willingly shared my account with anyone.As stated in my original note, a party unknown to me accessed my PSN account, deactivated my PS4, activated their own console as primary and, it appears, downloaded and used my software licences without my consent. I assume this is what is viewed as 'sharing'. It is illogical that I reach out to Customer Service to have a console deactivated if I was sharing my account; I would have simply deactivated the PS4 on the 'shared' account. Since I do not know who improperly accessed my account, I had no option other than to reach out to Customer Support for assistance.I am being punished for someone else illegally accessing my PSN account. Since Sony has evidence of sharing, or as I have stated, illegally accessing my account, I would greatly appreciate that information to help determine who has accessed my account with the aim to prevent it from happening again. What worries me greatly is that by the time the suspension has ended, whoever accessed my account would do so again. For all my frustration, I do thank you for deactivating the console on my account.

warranty.  I explained our service terms to replace the Dual Shock 4.

I am rejecting this response because: they acknowledge that there were issues with the PPV. There were delays, outages, and thousands were unable to watch the event. It was widely reported by the news media. While other companies have acknowledged this and started offering refunds to those that were unable to view the event, PlayStation refuses to offer a refund. Instead, they're claiming the problems were not their fault. However, I still paid $99 for a PPV I was unable to watch due to streaming issues. Their wording seems to stress the word "delayed" but for many (including me) it was not merely delayed but inaccessible. I'm not upset that I had to watch it late; I'm upset that I didn't get to watch it at all. A representative did contact me directly in response to this complaint, but did not offer any sort of resolution. They only emailed me to refuse my request of refund. They have done nothing to alleviate the problem or make up for the fact that I lost $99 and DID NOT RECEIVE THE STREAM I PAID FOR. I reject their letter, and still seek compensation for my loss. This should be a simple refund. Their absolute refusal to do the right thing is shocking—especially while they admit to mass technical problems. If I pay for something, I should receive it. If I don't, then they shouldn't get to keep my money. This is ridiculous.

Sony did nothing to help in the matter and I am sick of trying to get them to admit there fault for charging me 3 times for the repair.
I can say they did in fact fix our PS4 and return it to us. Yet I had to call my bank and credit card company and open two claims in order to get back the money Sony claims they never took.
I will never do business with this company again and I hope my story is told to everyone so they know they should not trust SONY ever!

I did not refuse to send the Playstation back to them I had sent it to them and they had sent it back with the same issue thus not resolving the issue. When they were asked to send another one they sent it to Palmetto Florida which sounds nothing like La Center WA. When they finally did get a box out to me it had the wrong case number to it stating a different problem. I stopped waiting and bought a new PS4 with a warranty from the store knowing that SCEA would do nothing to help. If they will not send a new one then they should at the very least re-reimburse me for the Playstation Network time lost due to their product not working correctly. This time totaled more than 22 days.

Although Sony sent me my game voucher code over a month after they should have, they failed to compensate me for all the time I have lost on this matter. As stated in my complaint, I had called Sony 4-5 times about receiving this code, the first four times I was put on hold for about 15-20 minutes. The last time I called, I waited for 45 minutes to speak to a representative. All I want is for Sony to recognize their extremely poor customer service and to make it right with someone who has been a Sony customer for over ten years. Whether this be a credit to their online play station store or a letter of apology, is up to them. I want to hear Sony recognize their shortcomings in customer service and apologize to a customer who has invested thousands of dollars in Sony merchandise. Large corporations should be held accountable for their actions, and Sony is no different. Simply doing "just enough" is no way to treat loyal customers who have wasted hours of their time, when it should have never been necessary.
