Our Technical Service Group is working with Ms. [redacted] to resolve the issue.  We do show that Ms. [redacted] is actively using the phone.  More details will help us determine the exact problems if they are continuing.

Mr. [redacted] signed up for service with C Spire on April 8, 2013.  It was not on a prepaid service.  He was on a normal post paid service and, according to the order information C Spire has on file, paid $0 the day he signed up. 
Mr. [redacted] ported his numbers to another carrier...

in July of 2014.  Due to the fact that he did not fulfill the 24 months he agreed to, he was billed for early termination fees on all three lines totaling $449.40.  He was charged for no services past the date of July 11, 2014.  His ports were completed on July 10, 2014.  If Mr. [redacted] has any proof that he paid up front for service on the day of his activation, we will be glad to see this and investigate.

Worst company and service ever. Claim to be available 24/7 yet I can never seem to get ahold of someone at any point of the day. I can not wait till I can get someone on the phone so I can get out of this [redacted] company and their service. Constantly dropping calls, no service, always roaming. Absolutely ridiculous! No one should ever sign with these fools!

I feel I should only have to pay the last bill which was 90 dollars and not any late charges since this has taken so long to come to a close.

C Spires terms and conditions state the following:
"C Spire reserves the right to (i) limit throughput or amount of data...

transferred, deny Service and/or terminate Service, without notice, to anyone it believes is using the Service in any manner prohibited above or whose usage adversely impacts its network or service levels, and (ii) protect its network from harm, which may impact legitimate data flows."

At that time, Ms. [redacted]'s data usage was well above that of the average customer.  At the current time, Ms. [redacted]'s data is running at normal speeds.

C Spire's terms and conditions and plan information clearly state that a customer must use over 50% of their voice and data usage on the C Spire network.  Mr. [redacted] was sent a letter notifying him of our intent to change the plan in 30 days due to his failure to meet those...

requirements. 
If Mr. [redacted] will return the 2 phones he has under contract, we will waive the pending charges and waive any early termination fees.

C SPIRE IS THE WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY EVER. THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST. I SWITCHED TO THEM FROM ATT AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD PAY MY ATT BILL, MY LAST BILL CAME IN AND THEN THEY SAY OH WELL YOU WILL JUST GET A CREDIT TO YOUR C SPIRE ACCOUNT AND THEY NEVER CREDITED THE ACCOUNT, WE HAD TO HAVE AN EXTENSION ON OUR BILL TO KEEP OUR PHONES FROM BEING CUT OFF. AFTER TALKING TO I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND STILL NO ANSWERS AS TO WHY THEY HAVE NOT CREDITED OUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP TELLING US SOMEBODY WILL CALL US BACK WITH AN ANSWER AND WE NEVER GET A CALL BACK. OUR PHONES WERE DISCONNECTED AFTER WE HAD AN EXTENSION ON IT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T BE CUT OFF BC IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE NOT OURS. SO WE HAD TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF THE CREDIT THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO PAY TO GET OUR PHONES TURNED BACK ON AND NOBODY WILL GIVE US AN ANSWER AS TO IF THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK OR NOT. THEY KEEP TELLING US IT WILL BE 2-4 DAYS BEFORE WE GET A RESPONSE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY.

If Mr. [redacted] would still like to take advantage of our 30 day guarantee period, we will be glad to refund any the price of his phone and all charges.

Phone insurance and the Percs Upgrade program are both presented to the customer at point of sale on a signature pad and the customer must agree to these and sign the signature pad.  Ms. [redacted] did both.  Including tax, she was charged $[redacted] for these features.  C Spire has actually...

credited $** to the account.  Ms. [redacted] service has been interrupted due to a past due balance that still remains.  C Spire feels it has taken every necessary step to rectify this issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with the condition that they credit me for last month because I did go ahead and pay the full amount due which is over the [redacted] a month, then going forward the I should be able to see that credit as long as we keep that contract in place.  Let me know.
