Cspire is a joke all they do is tell lies and over charge the customersI got to pay extra and just to use my phone and tablet because its not part of the planWill cut your phone off the day before or the day of when ur phone is dueIts a shame how they do customer and I was alway told customers come 1st but not with this companyNo discount for who you work for because my company is all over the world and was told no discount but other companies are giving them

Our billboard offers the website where you can learn more about the offer. No billboard can state all of the qualifications for a product. The plan is in fact $** if a customer purchases a phone at C Spire cost, finances a phone at C Spire cost or has a C Spire phone that is not under
contract that they want to use. If customer has already received an equipment discount and is under an equipment agreement, they do not qualify for the discount on the plan. This is completely spelled out in all of the documentation that can be found on the web sit listed on the billboard

At the present time, 4G service is not offered in Olive Branch, MS. We regret if this was not properly communicated with Mr***. C Spire does offer a day guarantee to test our service. Mr*** can return the devices to a C Spire store for a full refund and there
will be no charge to him for the services he has had

My son and I were recently kicked out of C Spires unlimited data plan! It seems unlimited doesn't really mean unlimited which seems to me to be advertisement! I teach and he doesn't have school in the summer so with us both being home more of course we use more in the summer! Had I received a phone call or text informing me I was going to lose my plan if we used to much data we could have avoided this but no such curtesy was made!! I did try and call someone about this but got no where! Now my bill is 120$ more a month because I had to purchase more data! Bad for me! Good for C Spire! Greedy much C Spire!? We are now looking into other companies!! I'm just waiting on a class action law suit! This can't possible be legal!!!

It is correct that C Spire does not currently have LTE in the Memphis area. C Spire has never advertised that it is available there. The phones customers purchase do have the capability to use LTE and they do in areas where C Spire offers
it. We regret Mr***’s frustration but C Spire has always done as much as possible to set the expectations for our Memphis customers

Ms*** had a check originally issued on 5.29.2014. This check never cleared our bank. It was voided and a new check issued on 7.25.2014. Ms*** should now have received that check

Ms*** had her number changed in February of 2014. As she stated, the new number is ***. All telecommunications carriers reuse numbers because of the shortage of available numbers nationwide. From time to time, a customer will receive a number that still may have
references in databases where the former customer may have provided it. Unfortunately, C Spire doesn't have the ability or the authority to purge those data bases. Our customers can inform those entitities of this change when they call. The other alternative is to change the number again. We regret this and will be glad to change the number at no cost to Ms***

I pay for data but if I'm in LTE I cannot get data serviceI purchased a hot spotI can sit in my house, less than miles from a CSpire store with my hot spot sitting next to me and not get data serviceI contacted Customer Service once and I had an individual who when I explained the problem, said "wow" about times during the conversationI have attempted to contact them through text since they always tout that as an option and either receive no response or a response hours laterAs soon as my contract is up in August I'm outI'd rather have Straight

Cspire is a joke!!! I have obtained all and any So called bills applicable with this account and I have no balance Bottom line is Customers should be well aware of the terrible service provided by this companyMy phone service was suspended according to Cspire because I requested it!! However this makes No sense on my behalf and the behalf of my company since the number affiliated with this account is also my replicable business phone(*** ***) my business was subjected no incoming business or revenue for an entire weekend because of this foolishness!!! The following Monday morning my service was restored only after I paid a silly fee of **$ ughhhh as the customer ,this is ridiculous and what's even more crazy is my phone bill was paid (***$)with
Only a **$ balance -on the *7th of March- so why was my money taken and service still suspended on the 11th if April when the bill was clearly paid(documentation available) before this date??????? Hmph again customer service insisted that I requested this - when I *** ***(primary account holder) constantly argued that I Did Not!!! It makes absolutely no sense !!! I am the customer whom has the last say so-and I say they are Wrong!!!! To add insult to injury I was also informed that the department which handles suspension was closed on weekends!!! Three entire days without a phone that is attached to over business cards ,my website-flyers and other marketable Material!!! Ridiculous !!! Dispute all you guys want, but as soon as this silly contract is up I'm out of here!!! Never do business with those who argues with the customer(80% of revenue comes from only *0% of clients)

We have reviewed a recorded call from Ms*** where her complaint centered around the cost of her monthly service which she had previously agreed to. Her account is currently up to date and all payments have been credited. At this point, we are unsure what her complaint is

C Spire does reserve the right to alter data speeds to protect our network as stated in our terms and conditions Below is that excerpt from this contract:

Based on Mr***'s usage, he is currently working at full speeds and should in the future if his usage patterns continue
Regarding his question about coverage maps C Spire attempts to produce maps that are as accurate as possible This is based on radio frequency propagation and can differentiate based on the type of device or structure in which it is used The maps will never be 100% accurate but are as close as can be provided
