Better Business I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is Not satisfactory to me but I know that CSpire will not look for my device so I will accept it Regards, [redacted] [redacted]  

In C Spire's terms and conditions, it says the following:C Spire reserves the right to (i) limit throughput or amount ofdata transferred, deny Service and/or terminate Service, without notice, toanyone it believes is using the Service in any manner prohibited above or whoseusage adversely impacts its network or service levels, and (ii) protect itsnetwork from harm, which may impact legitimate data flow.This occurred in May of C Spire has since worked with Ms [redacted] to move her to one of our current metered data usage plans C Spire is no longer actively offering unlimited Due to the usage patterns of Ms [redacted] , she would need to remain on a metered plan Thank you,

Mr***'s billing period is from the 5th to the 4th of the next month On April 4th, he was billed for service through May 4th This bill was $ He ported his numbers on May 5th His May 4th bill was for $ He was billed on June 4th for $ This has since been credited C Spire does not show any billing after the ported number in the amount that Mr [redacted] is reporting

*** *** has been a customer of C Spire since This customer lives in an area that is not serviced by LTE coverage This has never been represented to have had LTE coverage This customer has upgraded equipment and committed to new contracts during that period of time, as
recently as October of If this customer is now unhappy with coverage and/or data speeds, we will be glad to allow them to disconnect and waive any early termination fees if they will return the devices they purchased at a discounted price These were sold at that price in lieu of an agreement to keep these active for years

Horrible!!!! Do not get cellphone service through c spire! I paid my bill on January 18,My phone service was on and my husbands phone was notI called c spire they turned my husband phone onHowever both of our internet was turned off and we paid for 8gbI called them again and my internet was still off and his internet was turned onI called again and was told that maybe it was my phoneWe went from Memphis to Miami fl on Jan 25th -29th and our phones started acting up againNo internet, no phone service at allI couldn't call customer service because they had turned the phone completely offBy the time I finally got to a phone,they turned the phone back on and not the internetTwo days later the phone was off again! I called again and was told that it was a billing issue, *** would send in a billing ticket,and it wasn't anything they could do for to hoursSo my my phone will be off for the time beingI called again within hours because me and my husband work off our phones, and was told by *** that they didn't see where a billing ticket was sent in*** stated that he would resend a ticket (***) and it could be another 24hrs until my phone is onThen I spoke with the supervisor *** who was no help at allI was told by her I couldn't speak with hire authorities and she couldn't do anything to helpNow me and my husband is sitting at home and couldn't go to work because our phone is offSo now we have loss wages and a possible lawsuit on our hands!

What is the point of advertising (on the website) that customer support is available 24/7? The website *** and the "crew" act as if they are doing you a favor by answering questions Too many competitors for a local business

Ms*** activated service on a hot spot on November 13, Prior to this, she also had services for her existing mobile transferred to this account from another account Her first bill was rendered on November 7, and solely consisted of charges for the phone service in
the amount of $ On November when she added the hot spot service, the plan on her phone was changed On November 25th, she disconnected the service on the hot spot
Her December 7th bill was for $ Had her plan not been changed, and had the amount billed for the hot spot been totally removed, her bill would have been $
Her January 7th bill was for $which consisted of $in new charges She has paid this amount
She has payed $C Spire has credited $to her account A refund check will be sent to her within weeks We hope this resolves the matter

C Spire's terms and conditions notate that our plans are subject to our customer's using over 50% of their usage on the C Spire network We notify our customers who are violating this by way of text message then letter Due to this, Ms***'s plan was changed However, since
she returned her device, we are willing to waive those overage charges and her early termination fee If she will pay us $in plan charges, we will waive the remaining balance of $ She can mail the $payment to:

Under this plan, any portion of allotted datanot used in a given month is rolled to the next month, up to a cumulativemaximum amount of 6GB rolled into any billing cycle. Data passes are available for purchase, asnecessary, for additional data. Ms.*** is welcome to either change to the 6GB rolling data plan or she is alsofree to select among C Spire’s service plans to accommodate her desired usage.C Spire’s datamanagement tools empower the customer withrolling data plans (up to the plan’s monthly limit), data balance checks at datapass.cspire.com,data overage protection and purchase of additional data using Optional Data TopUp PassesMs*** can make an informedchoice among plans whose terms are transparent and clearly stated

A person was on my plan without me knowing it they said I said it was okay on the phoneThe bill was not paid and I got a bill for that number I have called them two times and told them what ever it takes remove it from my accountThey just keep sending a bill each month even though the phone has been cut off back in Novof I have wrote them two letters trying to get this matter taken care of but get nothing from themI even went to local office and carried a copy of letters and they said they would get it to corpI pay my phone bill each month but these people are money hungry and pay you no mine what you tell themI will turn this over to my Attorney to handle if something is not done They have no contract with me on this other account
