This information is incorrect. My statements from Swiss Colony indicate a returned check fee of $on two statements when I have no returned check fees from my bank. I do not know what this code is they are referring to nor can they tell me the exact dates of the returned checks. I have no returned checks from anywhere via a regularly processed check or electronically processed check, and am not understanding where they are getting this from. I also do not feel I should have to turn over my personal banking information to a business to correct a matter that should not be a matter in a first place.

Problem:THIS COMPLAINT IS A RESUBMIT OF A PRIOR COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILEDCOMPLAINT ID NUMBER IS Apparently, there was a misunderstandingI logged into the account and I clicked where it said " I accept the business response to resolve this complaint." I thought what I was clicking was stating that I approve of the business resolving this issueI didn't see until 8/17/2017, that business had made a response on 8/1/Many statements in their response are not trueTherefore due to misunderstanding of what I clicked on, I am asking to reopen this complaintI noticed that during the middle part of 2016, I stopped receiving my statements in the mailFor the longest, I had intentions of calling Monroe and Main to inform them that I had not been receiving my statements lately BUT I never got around to it because of my hectic work schedule (never able to use the phone at work and when I get off, Monroe and Main were usually closedAlso, there were serious family issues taking place)I called Monroe and Main today, July 26, I informed the customer service rep that I had not been received my statement in the mail since the middle of The rep informed me that my account has been turned over to a collection agency and the statements were/are being sent to an address on River Road in Jackson, MSI informed the rep that I had never heard of that address and that I never changed my billing addressThe rep rudely told me that the River Road address has always been my address every since I opened the accountI told her that was not true and that I had old statements that have actually come to my billing address which is Noble St#I even told them that when I logged in online, it was showing my correct address, so I don't know how this could have happenedI got tired of trying to convince her so I hung up and called back to speak to someone elseThis new rep told me they DIDN'T see where I had changed my billing information and could not understand how a mistake such as this could have happenedI can obtain phone records that show Monroe and Main did not contact meWhen I contacted the company before submitting the initial complaint, they told me that my statements were being sent to the River Road address in Jackson, MSThey asked for my correct address but I didn't give it to them because I didn't want them to try to correct the problem before I contacted the Revdex.com.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Other (requires explanation)selectDesired Outcome:When I pull my Monroe and Main account online, my information is correct but when I called Monroe and Main those days, my address was incorrect and they even told me that it was being sent to the River Road address in Jackson, MSThey even told me the number address but when I asked the rep to repeat it so I could write it down, they wouldn'tI would like my address correctedMonroe and Main told me that my account had been turned over to a collection agencyI haven't even gotten a letter from a collection agency regarding this all because it is being sent to the River Road addressI would like my account taken out of collections and all correspondence from here on sent to my address where I started getting my statements when I first opened my account which is *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** ** ***
