unforeseen reasons are covered. To help our consumers understand this, we include the following in the insuring agreement:“This is a named perils travel insurance policy, which means it covers on the specific situations, events, and losses included in this document, and only under the conditions we describe.”As such, we advise consumers at the time an online offer is made that these terms, conditions, and exclusions apply to the product. We also provide them with a clickable link that allows them to preview a summary of information about the product as well as the full terms, conditions and exclusions of the insurance program prior to purchasing. If the insurance offer is accepted, these same terms are sent via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Moreover, we also make clear that the consumer may, for any reason, cancel the insurance and receive a premium refund within a 10-day “free-look” period by calling our toll free number, faxing, or emailing a written requestThe insurance program provided trip cancellation/interruption coverage for a number of named perils, as specified in the policy. However, as stated above, not all unforeseen reasons for cancellation of a trip are covered. Unfortunately, the situation described is not a named peril which would trigger trip cancellation/interruption coverage. I regret that we were unable to reverse our decision in this matter. It took them a month from when my claim was approved to get a check from ** to **, which was the reason for missing the event in the first place Furthermore, I was told I would receive a call back from supervisor Hope I***, with a tracking number the Monday following my call That never happened Instead, I received an email from her with the tracking number, weeks later, AFTER I received the check Allianz was in no hurry to rectify this issue, even after I explained my husband received military orders and we were moving to ** The customer service I received, and the frustration I had to go through, not to mention all of the time I wasted on calls and emails, all while packing to move, is uncalled for I am asking that Allianz refund me the fee I paid them in the beginning, a fee of $ I paid them to handle a service, and they failed

I was able to resolve my work issue, therefore I can now go to the eventHowever that insurance for event tickets needs to be banished! I'l say this I will never buy that insurance again!

You explanation does not in anyway excuse a claims agent from telling me that it is a covered incidentAlso you explanation of covered instances Is NOT clearIt says accidents and moreYour list of covered incidents was not clear at all, hence why I asked your claims rep point blank if my incident was a covered incidentI would never have paid an additional $if they had simply said, vehicle breakdowns are not coveredThis is extremely deceitful and I even had another rep tell me that if the claims rep did in fact tel me I'm the incident was covered that you all would reimburse meThis is a very shady and unfortunate business practice. I again request compensationI also plan on taking this issue to other venues as well if this is not properly addressedI know that I most for sure will never purchase our product again and will discourage folks from purchasing it as well solely because this has been such an incredibly unprofessional experience.

I have been waiting for my money back from this company that was not honest and then I receive a letter from Revdex.com that the complaint is complete. How could this complaint be complete if I did not get justice from this company that took my money and claimed that I would get my money back if I change my flight. Well I only didn’t just changed my flight I had major deaths one after the other and this horrible company gave me hell while I was at my lowest of sadness. They told me when I purchased this insurance that all I had to do is change my flight and I will get my money back and I had a most major things happen to my family and this insurance company made me go over the events so many times and just when I thought I was going to get my money they just did not answer and they still will not answer with a reason why they will not give my money back. Then Revdex.com I feel took this companies side and not mine. This is not right at all at my lowest time. There is no compassion in this world anymoreI see it’s all about fooling people into giving money and then no matter what happens to them at my lowest point in my life I get screwed. I am very sad with the outcome of this complaint, on top of my very sad deaths I hadI do wish you come to your senses and do the right thing and return my money
