I cancelled our Spotify account in November I received an email confirmation from them that it was cancelled and no more payments would be taken from our bank account In December they removed another payment from our account I emailed them again and again they promised it would be taken care of Come again January and now February, more money has been taken from our account, even though they promised via email in January it would definitely be taken care of We are now out $and all we get from them is a "promise" it is being taken care of Spotify cannot be contacted via phone as they do not post their phone number anywhere The only way you can contact them is through email or Twitter We are very frustrated and irritated at this pointThey seem to not want to make things right

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out I'm sorry that the issue was not explained to you fully within good timeThere is reasoning behind not supporting gift cards for discountsThis essentially boils down to a few things, firstly the licensing and distribution of a gift card is very different than a card payment and as a result we cannot process a gift card on thisSecondly we are unable to process discounts on these as they are a set price, which has been prepaid and as such has a code when activated, that tells our system that this has activated and redeemedDiscount can therefore not be applied as to this As an apology for this, would you like a refund for the gift card and further months of Premium be ok?
