If I could give zero stars I would - this company has what can only be classified as the worst customer service department on earth The fact that they provide no phone support is the cherry on top of the entire s [redacted] sundaeI emailed Spotify about songs being skipped in queue, Spotify customer service then proceeded to cancel my premium family account and disabled access I then sent multiple emails asking for my account to be unsuspended considering that I had sent no such email asking for it to be suspended, and I did not receive a response Straight up - zero responseZeroA legitimately terrible company

Spotify has turned in to a scam operation, any company that will not publish an phone number for customer service and continue to charge customers even when they don't used the service is a scam and need to be fined a lot by the consumer affairs department They even allow others to post fake phone numbers to rip you off so beware They also don't answer the emails that you send them telling them you being charged when you don't even have service I highly recommend you not use this service unless you want to pay forever As I am leaving today for trip for charity I can only be contacted by email

They called me a [redacted] and a fat [redacted] they took off my [redacted] card and still trying to charge me now my account is lock please look into this

Hi,We would like to resolve this for the customer and locate the payment, but we couldn't locate the Spotify account in question with personal details provided by [redacted] In these instances we need to locate the account with the payment details, which in this case included first digits and last digits of card number used to make payment.Without these details, unfortunately we can't locate the account to stop the payments, which isn't the resolution we are looking for.We would be happy to investigate this further and I will contact [redacted] directly to see if we can come up with a solution
