Sprint is the worst cell phone company. They do false advertisement when they say they are almost as good as verizon. No where close. I cant drive in my home town without losing my signal. Dropped calls. Then I made a payment arrangement and the system had the wrong amount. I go to edit it and it gets cancelled and my phone is turned off. I get in touch with sprint and get promised a call back and I get nothing. They treated me like I stole from them. Everytime I have a issue I get promised a call back or a plan that will be cheaper and yet my bill keeps going up and no issues have been resolved this with company.

I have contacted Sprint multiple times due to their inconsistent service - not with DATA (although, that is also inconsistent) but with making/receiving calls and text. I have evidence of this. I have been told multiple times (once in December, January, March, and April, and again in June) the problem will be fixed and it has not. I am often told I will be called back, then I am not called back. The line disconnects often while waiting for someone and I have to call back and explain my situation again. I am often on the phone for more than an hour. We have called over the years about this issue and it was fixed immediately before. I am on the phone with them right now and the representative says that she sees that I have been calling but there are not notes about the issue. I was then transferred to a supervisor, who transferred me to tech support, who transferred me to a supervisor, and then the call was disconnected (after 1 hour).

I am a divorced mother of a highschool senior who is heading off to college in the fall. With all the college fees we have had to fork out, I needed to re-work my budget. I asked for a lower plan because I am on an unlimited plan which is 206.00 a month, I can no longer afford it and this is my last month dealing with it. I have tried for almost 3 months to lower my bill, or get on a new plan, or whatever they have to offer. According to the reps at Sprint they have no other plans because they never offered them to me. And all the Sprint rep say is this is the best plan for you. As I explained we have WIFI at home and use it a lot because their service is slow when on social media and etc... No help, so I am going to the store and cancel my service and if I have to go without a phone for a few weeks I will before I deal with them again!! They are the worst!!!!!!!

I was a customer for 12 years and my wife for quite longer when we decided to upgrade to smartphones. We went into the Middleburgh Heights, OH store during a supposed 2 for 1 Galaxy sale. We bought the phones and liked them and then noticed on our bill we were being charged for buying both phones. I called the store and went in and was told it would be fixed. I finally went in a while later and was told by the Assistant Manager Nick that the sales associate that sold us the phones lied to us and we were not eligible for the sale. He also told us that the only way we could get our money back was if we called or visited the sales associate that lied to us at his new store and got him to admit that he lied to us. I thought the assistant manager was kidding. I called the customer service line only to be told that the correction could only be made at the store. Oh and I've been in the military 23 years and was told I would get a 15% discount. The discount is $5 for me an my wife on the wireless plan. My wife and I are waiting for the 2 year payment plan to be over and we ditching this lying and cheating company the first chance we get. Seeing the thousands and thousands of complaints on here I know that I'm not the only one who has been lied to and cheated.
