Overcharged every month with no remorse from the company. They tell you it is fixed but continue to over charge.

I canceled service with sprint in March but still continue receiving the bills from them in June. Few representatives I spoke on the phone with throughout this time assured me that their charge is the last one and I will not be receiving anything else ( until the next bill shows up). Costumer service is not effective, they either redirecting you to another line, where no one picks up the phone, or just hang up on you. Definitely stay away!!!!

Unable to get beyond a customer service representative that can look at or adjust my account. Will place me on hold to talk to account services and makes promises to call back but do not. I reached out to social media and they stated they could not see any notes. They were unable to connect with account services and see what my contract was. Customer Service is deplorable and they change my bill monthly with a new excuse each time.

A salesmen came to my house, I was perfectly happy with the service I had which was cricket never had an issue I had that service for over 10 years. The salesmen told me he could match the price of my current plan with cricket to switch to sprint I was hesitant but after my husband and I spoke we decided to switch. I just received my 1st bill and it was 71 dollars over the price I was told it would be!! I am not happy at all was on the phone with sprint for 30 mins only to be told there is nothing they can do not only was I scammed out of 71 dollars they wasted 30 of my time with no resolution! So I should've trusted my gut feeling I will finish out my contract with this company and will go back to my original service provider I never should've left them after 10 years of loyal service!

However an hour after I purchased my new phone, I received a text stating that my plan changed. No one notified me when purchaseing the phone that my plan would change. But my plan went from $50 a month to $65. It is very unethical because I now wasted time purchasing this new phone to return it tomorrow.

I terminated my service and they refuse to provide me with a final bill to make payment. They made me pay $5.00 on two occasions to pay for copies to be sent that I never received. I was forced to do sorts of things like change log-in info and password as they stated it was only way to obtain my info, however, of course it didn't work. Still, almost 60 days into trying to get my final bill, I STILL DONT HAVE IT and no one is working or trying to help me, even though I have PAID for it. This is a horrible company and this is exactly why I left! I NEED MY FINAL BILL
