I terminated my service and they refuse to provide me with a final bill to make payment. They made me pay $5.00 on two occasions to pay for copies to be sent that I never received. I was forced to do sorts of things like change log-in info and password as they stated it was only way to obtain my info, however, of course it didn't work. Still, almost 60 days into trying to get my final bill, I STILL DONT HAVE IT and no one is working or trying to help me, even though I have PAID for it. This is a horrible company and this is exactly why I left! I NEED MY FINAL BILL

This company has the WORST customer service ever!!! My husband and I have been dealing with a billing issue on my husbands account for OVER 6 MONTHS and still have not been able to get it resolved! Back in October of 2017 my husband upgraded his phone during one of sprints deals, turn your old iphone in and receive a monthly credit towards the new iphone. So instead of paying the full price monthly of $33 he would get a credit of $19 and the phone would be $13/month. Well we found out the employee who did his upgrade actually STOLE HIS OLD IPHONE and activated under her mothers account. So sprint had no record of my husband turning in his old phone which is why his account was not reflecting the correct amount. Sprint has admitted the employee did not follow proper procedures but has yet to correct his account!! We filed a complaint through Revdex.com and the 2 people we spoke to there were so EXTREMELY RUDE! Would not let us get a word in and explain the situation. They even went ahead and closed out the complaint even though the account has clearly not been fixed yet!! This has been such a complete nightmare and so frustrating. Worst company we have ever dealt with! They are quick to harass you when they need to take your money but when they mess up and it's clearly a company issue/mistake then the customer doesn't matter, we are pretty much told "sorry for your luck".

Initially we were sold a promotion for 2 galaxys. Buy one get one free. As it turns out, the store was not supposed to be selling the promotion and so sprint refused to honor it even though it’s in our contract. So we paid for a phone that was sold to us under the premise of being free. Sprint has lied to us on the phone time after time again and expected us to just deal with it. We asked them to unlock a phone weeks ago and they told us to just pay the final bill which we did, and they would submit a unlock request and then after that we would pay the remainder money on the phone (that was supposed to be free anyways). We called today and they said we need to pay the fees first and then they would unlock the phone. It has been nothing but lies and false promises from them

They gave a promotion and then when transferred to sales for payment they said the previous department notate it and therefore they cannot honor it. I am a Sprint stockholder and customer of over 17 years, but I have reached my tolerance level for the subpar service Sprint offers customers. When I tried to add more lines, I called and visited the store several times because I kept being given erroneous information.
First, the representative offered me a plan that gave me two "free" phones, if I would add two lines (I didn't need) to my account. Then she wouldn't put the order through because I wouldn't immediately sign the Sprint agreement for the "free" phones. When I stressed several times that Sprint gave me a few days to read it, and insisted she transfer me, she said the order department just closed (while she was trying to force me to sign what I had not read). The next day, I read the agreement which said nothing about a "free" phone or a credit for the phones!
Second, I call Sprint and the next representative said that I would not get anything in writing that says Sprint would credit me the monthly phone charge, as the first representative stated. So, if I had signed, I would have been on the hook for paying two years for phones I did not ask for in the first place,. She cancelled the new phones and put me on a promotional deal using my old phones. However, the next week I noticed my account wasn't correct and I ended up speaking to two more representatives to get my one service request correct.
Each representative claimed they put me on a promotion, but the actual charges were higher. What amazed is that each one I spoke with said the previous representative did not do something right!
Today was the final straw when I asked the new Chatbot about my Sprint tablet plan. I asked for my contract expiration date, and two chat transfers, several minutes, and two live agents later I was told I had to call to be given the date!?! Trying to reach Sprint customer service is like trying to get into Fort Know.
Sprint, I am sick of your lack of concern for your customers, average phone service, and callous representatives.
