I canceled my Sprint service after 15 plus years with the company, which was very sad and very avoidable. Over the past year in 2017 I was told of an upgrade that would not impact my plan - I accepted. Wrong - my unlimited service disappeared...and guess what - you can't get it back. My paper statements were turned off without my consent. I called multiple times - always apologizing to turn back on and rectify the situation. Finally - Thanksgiving weekend of 2017, I had had enough of poor customer service and I moved to Verizon. As an Executive myself, I pride myself on honesty, integrity and doing what I say I am going to do. On Thanksgiving weekend, Verizon made the switch for me. I had to speak with someone at customer care/retention at Sprint and I told them I was moving everything....even trading in my iPad for a new one and would no longer be doing any business with Sprint. I then several months later start getting bills from Sprint saying I never canceled my iPad service. I spoke to Brad at Sprint Customer Service on February 13, 2018 at 4:45 p.m. and spoke to Sarah shortly after I got my overdue notice from a debt collection company. I spoke to Sarah several days after receiving my letter at 3:07 p.m. Sprint and the collection company don't have any record of that. My bill is $127.75 and increased last month. Then someone said they could put me on a plan since I obviously didn't have the money to pay. ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME? It's not about the money - If I had made a mistake, I would have owned it and paid it. I did not make the mistake. I find the follow up calls harassing and borderline threatening. I am completing a letter to the Director of Customer Service and the CEO of Sprint.....that is how upset I am. In addition, over the years I have referred many friends and family to Sprint. Most have left due to their own issues of poor customer service. Sometimes in life you have to stand by your personal integrity. I won't pay the additional money because it is not owed. It is bothersome to me that there is NEVER any record of conversations I've had - which makes me even angrier. There is a reason people are leaving in droves. They are dishonest and do not do what they say they are going to do. Thank you.

This corp. does not treat their customer in a fair manner. I was given misleading info, hung up on by corp.rep. and not had my complaint handled in a suitable manner. Sprint needs to stand by their info given and not make excuses.

I was told this morning that I had a 25 dollar charge on my bill that should have ended August 2017. I asked for a credit for the charge dating back to that date. I was told that Sprint only allows 2 months of credit and that credit is a "courtesy". So a charge that I have paid for 10 months that actually expired 10 months ago will not be credited? I have paid sprint $250 that they did not actually have coming to them and its a "courtesy" that they will give me 50 bucks? 25 years with Sprint and this is what you get. Its over.

We have been long time customers(foolishly).Sprint charged us for 4 years for a line we were not even using. Finally after 2 hours speaking to customer service they gave us a credit of about 50 per cent of the total we paid on this line.
Last November I complained about their high charges and threatened to leave.A customer service agent offered us an unlimited plan for $40 per phone ,which would have have been $80 for both phones.I specifically asked if this represented all costs associated with the phone, data, leasing charges.Yes they said all was included.
Well I got my bill and it is $189 monthly.Deception was used to lure me to continue with Sprint.
Hoe do they accomplish to receive an A minus rating from Revdex.com?

Where should I start. We have two lines plan with two insured phones. They are ensured with an unethical company called, Asurion. I had to get a replacement phone last year for my LG G5 and I paid $125 for a refurbished and broken cell-phone. Since I received this phone on Jun 2017 gps functions never worked properly, and about 2 weeks a go gps completely stopped working. Just out of curiosity I opened the device yesterday and saw 2 (maybe more) poorly done repairs on this refurbished phone. I confronted Asurion when I received it and they told me that they can send whatever they have. By the way Asurion customer care specialist are extremely rude and even borderline racist. If you confront them they get angry very quickly and start being rude without any logical reason.
Yesterday I said enough is enough and online chat/called/texted Sprint. I talked to 7 different people from Sprint, and I wasted my entire day with Sprint... The first 4 people sounded like they were doing their jobs, but that must be too good to be true! They all told me that I just need to go to the nearest Sprint store and replace the phone without any fees and additional charges. I asked multiple times if they are sure about this, and they all told me that they guarantee that I won't get charged and I will have $125 credit on my account, because I should not have paid for a refurbished and broken phone. All these sound right to me, because any good customer agent would have helped like this, but obviously they are not telling me the truth.
I went to the nearest Sprint store, and the workers there told me that they cannot "simply" exchange the phone and they don't even know what "advanced exchange" is, and they told me to go to another Sprint store with repair store.
I did... Like a stupid person I drove 1 hour(I've been having flu by the way) to Orlando. The Sprint store workers told me exactly the same things that the first Sprint store workers told me. They had an Asurion section and theIR SPECIALIST(???) told me that the only way I can get this phone fixed(???) would be by mailing the phone and paying another $125 for another refurnished and broken phone!
I called Sprint again... and their Resolution Supervisor(???????) Christian W gave me an offer! He told me that they can waive half of $125 and send me another refurbished phone. We are cancelling Sprint today, and I will be doing my best to clearly display the immoral and unethical practices of both sprint and their insurance company Asurion. Our experience with these people for the last 3-4 years have been a nightmare. Sprint was a great company when we first started having our service with them over 9 years a go, but they changed. They became the worse telecommunication company in America. I will be sure that they won't get any business from any of our friends and our family.

I bought my phone from Sprint. I qualified to unlock my phone, as I had owned the phone for the proper amount of time, my bills had always been paid on time, and the transaction for buying the phone had cleared. The person at the Sprint store told me my phone was unlocked. I told them to leave my plan active and I would cancel it after I had my new plan set up. I reset my phone and activated my new carrier plan. When I put my new carries' SIM card in, the device was not unlocked. I spent 5+ hours over two days working with Sprint customer support on the phone. They have not helped at all.
