My experience with sprint cellular was terrible , they lie to get your business then deny what they offered

Not upfront about initial charges for Boost Mobile service. Coverage is next to nil, where you do receive "4G LTE" it is too slow to do anything. Cannot communicate with customer service, because none speak English very well nor understand it.

Misleading advertising and billing practices.
Impossible to get an itemized bill and know what you are actually paying for.
Online customer support tells you differently than over the phone support and both differ from what representatives at the store say.
Wasted hours of my time trying to clarify and resolve issues no end. DONE. Good bye Sprint. Lost a long time customer for good.

DO NOT USE SPRINT! The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! All I was trying to do was purchase a SIM Card to change over service, and the experience was a NIGHTMARE! The website wasn't working properly so I had to call. After speaking with multiple representatives including someone from the credit department to do a credit review, I was finally connected with the agent that supposedly set up my account. The call lasted more than 45 minutes during which I was repeatedly asked to be patient as the system was running slowly. The call ended with the sales agent stating she would call me back at the call back number when the system was working at normal speed. I didn't receive a call back, and when I contacted Sprint the next day I discovered no account was created. This is very troubling considering how many times I was asked to provide my Social Security number to various representatives. Rest assured, if I have any issues with identity theft in the near future Sprint will be held legally responsible! IF A COMPANY CANNOT PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE IN THE SALES STAGE OF ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMER HOW CAN WE EXPECT IT TO DO SO ONCE WE ARE CUSTOMERS?????

Please whatever you do, do not go to Sprint. My parents live in a different state than I and my dad told them that he wouldn't be able to get the phone activated until the following week. Well, my dad had issues with getting the phones first of all, then the company suspended the account for a week since there was no activity. When my dad called credit department, they weren't able to help him because he couldn't find on the new phones where to get the information that was being asked. He also heard them talking personal conversation with a boyfriend and girlfriend discussion and heard every word of their conversation. They then asked him to go to a store to have it looked at because they couldn't help him to remove the suspended status. Once he got to the store, the store said that they couldn't help him because he had to go to a corporate store which was about 30 minutes away. All at the same time missing a very important meeting to deal with this non-sense. I hate to say this, but Sprint's consumer service is WORSE and WORSE than Comcast and that should say something. Don't, don't go there. Very bad customer service.

I was a Sprint customer for 15 years. When I tried to switch providers they stalled, lied and did everything they could to prevent me from transferring the numbers on my account to the new service. I don't recommend Sprint to anyone
