unbelievably horrible service as a whole. I was signed up with a deal in May of 2017. Every month since then I have had to call them to correct my bill. I worked with the store that signed me up for maybe 5 months. That got no were so I have had to call in to them every month since. They tell me one thing and then do another. I still am not getting the deal I signed up for and agree'd to. I am on a budget and I can not do it. I would never have signed up for that.
And every time I call in they have to ask me the same questions and I feel like I am going to have a break down.
A few calls back I was cussing because of my frustration and they told me that I need to be more professional? Are you kidding me? Im not professional because of my language, but they apparently are more professional with their messing up by account every month?

I recently used the chat feature on Sprint.com and had my issue resolved within minutes. Prior to using this feature I called the customer hotline and was severely frustrated. I do not recommend calling the support line at all but using the chat feature.
I initially contacted Sprint via chat to change my plan to lower my monthly bill. I was promised a lower payment by my next billing cycle. However, this did not happen. After a failed phone call where I was given the runaround I went back to the chat feature and shared my previous transcript with the representative. The representative then transferred me to a supervisor, where the issue was quickly resolved with no hassle.
Should the error not have happened in the first place? Sure, but we're all human and make mistakes. The biggest selling point for me is they still honored the offer initially made without compromising my phone plan.
So, do I recommend Sprint? Yes, but don't hesitate to talk to a supervisor if you were promised something. Remember, mistakes happen.

Sprint charging predatory practices needs to be investigated because they are robbing customers left and right. The US Attorney's office needs to open up a investigation into the whole sprint corporation to figure out why customers have terrible service and high bills, I am recommending that nobody ever get sprint service because they might try to do the same thing to you, Sprint doesn't deserve any business from anybody who is spending their hard-earned money for proper cell phone service.

This is the WORST MOBILE PROVIDER! There service doesn’t works and they OVER CHARGE you for being a customer. They even CHARGE you to contact their customer service in regards to billing and finance department. The representative who I waited for about an hour HUNG UP on me after I tried to get some clarity and when I called back ... the automated system would not allowed me to speak to a representative. Then how would I be able to address the over charges on my account, if I can’t even speak a HUMAN representative. I’M NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Upon signing up for my "contract", the salesman over the phone never explained to me what I was signing up for, my bill was significantly higher than we had agreed over the phone.
Once I had received all of my phones, I spent weeks dealing with customer service trying to resolve issues, trying to activate and transfer lines, it took me nearly two months to get all of my phones in working order.
Fast forward a year, my bill is outrageously high, I've tried to negotiate to lower the bill, and they tell me there's nothing that can be done, aside from me paying fees to get rid of lines that aren't in use.
Their customer service is horrible, it's outsourced to the Philippines to people who barely understand or speak English, and it's unfair to us as paying customers to have to deal with such headaches.

I have paid for another month of service which should have started when I paid the bill. It was not a "restart" it was to pay for the month of May! My new month billing cycle started today, my whole plan should have started over, but it didn't. Now I want my money back because I am not going to pay for something if I am NOT getting it!!

2. When I pay for a service, I should be getting that service that I paid for at the time of payment, not two days later, because that is when the bill is due.
NOT happy with service at all!! I paid my bill 2 days in advance so my high speed data wouldn't run out and I was told I had to wait until the 28th ( a day after the bill was due) for high speed data to work!! Plus in big cities luke Dallas Texas and Ft. Worth, coverage was very spotty.

This company not only falsely advertised a phone being on sale, along with the employee stating exactly what the sign said.( price tag was next to the phone) I have 3 witnesses who can also say they saw the sign as well! They also did not put in the discount which now the company overcharges us every month! They offered us money to make up for their mistake, but it's nowhere near the amount they have ripped off of us! Do Not do business with them! My business is going to a new company!
