This company not only falsely advertised a phone being on sale, along with the employee stating exactly what the sign said.( price tag was next to the phone) I have 3 witnesses who can also say they saw the sign as well! They also did not put in the discount which now the company overcharges us every month! They offered us money to make up for their mistake, but it's nowhere near the amount they have ripped off of us! Do Not do business with them! My business is going to a new company!
I can not believe this company has an A- . Not only is there customer service completely helpless,but good at wasting your time and sanity. they sent me phones that didn't work properly then told me I had to go in to a store to fix the issue , then I get to the store and tell me o no the customer service people already took care of it over the phone and there was nothing they then could do about it. I have had such a headache from this company I would advise no one to trust them. Also make sure to read everything because they won't tell you up front but they will automatically charge you for things months after you are no longer a customer with them. I did not owe them anything it was time for my contract to be up so I went with T-mobile in February. They just charged me today April 21st 273$ stating I owed them and they are allowed to take it off the card I have used because of something I signed . I never signed up for autopay either. Their crooks. I hate sprint .

I am still waiting for reimbursement for my Verizon devices under the "Clean Slate" program. My advice - beware and do not proceed. I have been given the run-around for months. They made getting reimbursed for my devices a process I would NEVER have to go through again. Don't switch to Sprint. You will be sorry.

I am super unhappy with the change I made to Sprint, they promised to pay off all my phones with Visa cards that I never received. Three months later and 2hours on the phone they decide to send them out. I am now being sent to collections and have to wait longer to get the cards to pay my final bills with T-Mobile. The customer service was not great and the best they could do to compensate me was a $20 credit to my bill,T-Mobile would have done better I should have never changed my services with them. I called Sprint over them removing the service allowing Google Voice integration asking if I could port my number to Google Voice and have a new number on my very old SERO plan (10 years or more old). They said I could do that. I ported my number over and they CANCELED my 10+ year old plan. I guess Sprint does not want to keep its loyal customers. That plan can not be reactivated once cancelled.

Not upfront about initial charges for Boost Mobile service. Coverage is next to nil, where you do receive "4G LTE" it is too slow to do anything. Cannot communicate with customer service, because none speak English very well nor understand it.
