Sprint migrated my plan without my consent or authorization because they retired the old plan. They say they sent an e-mail but, I either never received one or it went into my junk box. Frankly, this is scam-like behavior of a 3rd-world-type institution. There needs to be a system in place that forces customers to log-in and confirm a plan change. Anything less is just straight-up fraud and scammy.
What a shame, customer for many many years and treated like crap. you guys will not steal from me.
Worse billing ever, terrible customer service. Every customer service rep you talk to tells you something different. Honest truth, I have to call them with every bill due to constant price changes, doesn't help when they constantly change there billing. They actually take price of your phone and split it into different parts of the bill, I believe they only want to try and confuse the customer. They say 18 month leasing but stock you with a 24 month plan. I'm a 20 yr customer but I'm DONE, I'll gladly pay all the penalties just to get away from sprint. THE END
Do not go to this location! They will totally rip you off. The phone I had was completely paid off and just broke randomly one day. Normally I order online when needing to switch phones or upgrade but because of my new job I needed a phone next day. Went into this location and they completely jacked my bill up! Supposedly got a deal on the galaxy s10 but they added a new line a never asked for. When I asked about it they stated oh it's just a "phantom line." Yea, a phantom line that added $36 to my bill. So now I'm stuck paying for 2 lines, one of which has no phone on it. Despite it having no device conected to the "phantom line" they charged me for a device protection plan on it. They also added unlimited plus when I didn't ask for it. I purchase everything on the 8th. I got quoted a bill for $328. When I received a rough draft of my next bill it said $430. So I went back in and asked why it was so high. They assured me it was simply because the discounts hadn't applied yet. When I got the solidified bill it was $415!!! So I went BACK IN A SECOND TIME to get this resolved. They removed all the random shady addons they did but stated it can only be applied to my next cycle and a manager would have to approve accrediting the current bill. I have no time for this! I just left. Why would you have to get approved when I brought you the rough draft bill on the 11th. 3 days after I purchased everything, before the bill solidified, and you didnt fix it then and there like you should have! Called sprint and they were no help. They really expected me to go back to this store a THIRD time for a resolution. No thank you, as soon as this phone is paid off I will be switching services and telling any and everyone I know do not get sprint and especially do not go to this location full of con artist! Wish their was a negative star rating! Criminals! All said and done my portion of the bill was $55 a month. I just had to pay $142 this last go around.
This company promised me a “free” phone in exchange for each of the phones my wife and I traded in. We switched over from att cause we thought we would be saving over 100$ a month. Well it’s been 6 months and we are now paying more than we were before. We never got the credit despite relentless follow up in person, on the phone, via chat, you name it. This company does not honor its word
Nasty, disorganized, if you need 911, for get it , good luck
My parents made the horrible mistake of getting lines and phones with Sprint ! Their phones are now paid off and customer service refuses to unlock their phones , the representatives have also taken advantage of them and gave them the run around . He was also given false information on his account about how to go about leaving sprint.
I'm a Vet. Switched to ATT because I could not afford them. Tried to work out payment plan but they turned me into collection for 669 bucks.
Sprint knowingly sold Apple recalled iPhones with 18 month contracts tied to them.

One phone was DOA. One didn't work within the 30 day return. And one drops service constantly, useless to use. Sprint refused to honor their side of the agreement and would only replace if paid another $200 per line. We have to call every two months to get the bill credited for the one phone that doesn't work at all. They refuse to credit the phone that can only text. No resolution to date other than paying them more money or bailing for $135 credit. We've been dealing with this for over a year with them. Contract is up in 4 months--nightmare company. They also give the runaround if you ask to speak to an agent in the US.
Buyer Beware.. This company is super shady.
Horrible customer service. I realized I was being charged for two leases under the same phone number. So I did some investigating and found that I was charged 17 additional months for a phone that had been upgraded. So two different times Sprint continued to charge for old phone when a new phone was purchased. One of the worst companies to deal with and if you call customer service be prepared to spend 3-5 hours on the phone and be transferred to numerous people only to have to reexplain the situation.
I had the most nastiest experience with Sprint on the phone. Just because of them, which includes corporate office, there are those who will pay price simply because others didn't do their job right. And it is this store. I always when had problems ran to this store and painlessly they solved my problem in minutes. Where on the phone I spend for over hour. I am switching to Verizon wireless but not because of this store but because of others who thought that bringing harm is the answer to their mental dilemma. Too bad. But if you ever have any concerns I urge you to come to this store and you will get the most outstanding experience. But to store all customer service thank you a million and I wish you best of luck
I called Sprint on Feb 8, 2020 to cancel my service. I am not under contract & own my phones. It is now Feb 24th & the account is still active. I called again and they tried to offer me a discount on service instead of canceling....what part of “cancel my account” is too difficult for the customer service reps in India to understand?!!! I will never ever use or recommend Sprint to anyone! This company is the worst
Awe full! Just went to a sprint store to upgrade my phone, was told one thing about the cost of a phone and what my bill was going to be and when we were all set I received an bill with a totally different price. When I questioned what the salesperson had told me prior, the manager comes over and states that the information I was given was just for new customers and didn’t apply to my account!!! Spent over 2 hours at the store and left without a phone. How are they allowed to do that!!!!
I left AT&T after 10 troublefree years because of a billing issue. Had I known what I was getting into, I wouldn't have left. I joined the Sprint network in November 2019. I have been experiencing issues ever since. I have contacted the local stores previously, and when the issues weren't resolved, I started contacting Sprints normal support avenues. In the last 3 weeks, I have documented proof that I have been on the phone or chat with them for over 30 hours! I cannot get call backs from their supervisors, my calls constantly drop (on all 4 devices, 2 different models of phone) and I constantly hear "our towers in your area are strong". I found out today that I have a 15% dropped call rate, and they somehow thing that is "okay service"?! Now I'm stuck in a lease contract with the worst service provider and support I have EVER experienced from a company... and I'm an Xfinity customer!
I got accepted for unlimited service and phone. Afterwards I had to wait two weeks to get my number transferred and phone activated. After that I tried to create my account to look at my info, and was told to contact the tHE FRAUD DEPARTMENT. This caused me to worry, who wouldnt?!? I was told I had to answer questions like my owned cars and where all I've lived. I live in Alabama always have yet they were giving me New York addresses. So no that wasn't correct! They informed me to prove who I was I needed to go in store and bring proof I am me. Seems easy right? Nope. I go in bringing Bill's social and I'd card. I was told they didn't know anything about how to do that or what j was talking about and sprint shouldn't have ed asked me these ridiculous questions. I call again, am hanged up on and transferred all over till I've had enough. CANCEL MY SERVICE! I've had the phone activated 2 days this point so am well in the satisfaction guarantee. Ok but u will have to pay 550 for terminating your lease. Um no. I'll file bankruptcy before paying sprint another dime! I finally get someone saying they would send a return box for the phone for another 70 dollars...I'm seeing red but I agree just to finish this nightmare where I've now spent over 300 dollars on nothing!!! If I could afford it I'd sue them but I'm broke now using my hard earned tax dollars for this. Then tonight I get a email bill saying...your next 133 dollar bill is due by such and such date. HELL NO! I get another person online chat because if I called I'd have blessed the con artists out but he said he'd cancel my account and send the dang box. So that means the other person lied through their teeth about 1 canceling my account and 2 sending the box. I will be canceling my bank account and opening a new one yo keep their hands out of my hard earned money I live paycheck to paycheck as and can't afford for this to happen.
I've been with Virgin Mobile (a subsidiary of Sprint) for years, but recently they moved all their clients to Boost Mobile (a different subsidiary of Sprint). In the midst of the transition, I found another carrier I wanted to go with, and moved my phone number to them. I explained to every rep I spoke with at Boost I wanted to unlock my phone so I could make the move. After going through reps in person at a local store, on Twitter, the forums, on the phone (even chatted with a Sprint rep), I finally reached a Boost rep last week who understood I was a Virgin Mobile client and he said he got a supervisor to put the order in, but it would take 3-5 business days. Seemed excessive, but whatever, as long as I could use my phone with a different carrier.
This week, I called to ask how that was going and was told by another rep that the order was cancelled because "policies".
To make matters worse, three times I was hung up on, as they recited "I can't hear you" verbiage by two reps and the supervisor I was escalated to. I call BS. Maybe once. But all three times?
I'm not a Boost customer, I don't care about their policies. All I want is my $300 phone (paid in cash at the time I bought it) unlocked.
My phone is being held hostage by a company I didn't choose and at this point, will never choose. They have the worst customer service practices ever. How are they even still in business?!
Sprint is a big rip off they will lock your phone if you try to leave them and try to sent you a bill on the end I was with Sprint since 1984 and never was late with a payments and they don't care about nothing but selling high price service
I will never have anything to do with them again I'm everyone to leave Sprint
I am writing to express my disgust with Sprint. I have been going through the wringer with them since I signed up last February 2019. First of all, I had zero service,, anywhere I would go. I couldn't even use my phone at home. They provided me with a signal booster which didn't work. They then sent me a magic box which wouldn't even connect. I was on the phone or in my local Sprint office many times trying to get technical support. Finally, I said enough was enough. I had jumped through all of the hoops that they could throw at me until I decided that I needed to find a new provider & cancel my account. Guess what? It was over the allotted 30 days customer satisfaction period. So they said I could cancel but would have to pay for my phone. I, of course couldn't afford to pay them over $600 so I resigned myself to the fact that I had to deal with it until my contract was up. Then I was on the phone with customer service once again & they told me that my service would be canceled on 7-19-19 & I wouldn't have to pay for the phone. That I would have a zero balance. That was a total lie. My service was cancelled but I've been on an 8 month harassment program with them. I have had enough & need people to know that Sprint is not only dishonest, but they are the WORST cellular provider in the US. Hands down, the worst. Just my two cents but hopefully someone benefits from listening.
Today was a sad moment for the Corporate Sprint Store in Chino Hills. Today they were caught in a fraudulent act of misrepresenting a promotion for profit gain. A quick review of my bill one week after purchase of two Iphones found promotional items that were represented as free where place on a 24 month contract along with line fees. When the store was contacted and asked for these fees to be removed they falsified information regarding my plan. I called Sprint from the corporate store to verify what they were telling me was correct and the specialist confirmed what I was saying was correct. The management at the store was called to the phone by Sprint to correct their fraudulent act . My concern is how long has this scam been going on and will other people that fell for this scam be notified? I have saved all my documentation and visit records.
