Sprint Now Part of T-Mobile Reviews (%countItem)

Today was a sad moment for the Corporate Sprint Store in Chino Hills. Today they were caught in a fraudulent act of misrepresenting a promotion for profit gain. A quick review of my bill one week after purchase of two Iphones found promotional items that were represented as free where place on a 24 month contract along with line fees. When the store was contacted and asked for these fees to be removed they falsified information regarding my plan. I called Sprint from the corporate store to verify what they were telling me was correct and the specialist confirmed what I was saying was correct. The management at the store was called to the phone by Sprint to correct their fraudulent act . My concern is how long has this scam been going on and will other people that fell for this scam be notified? I have saved all my documentation and visit records.

Was with Sprint for over 14 years. In September 2019, I was due to return my leased phones and get new ones (2). I called them and they offered me an upgrade, they never mentioned that there was a deal of “return your IPhone 8, in any condition and we will give you a new Iphone 11, instead they decided to charge “the loyal customer” for new phones taking advantage of the fact I was not informed. I called shortly to complain about this, they acted surprised I was not offered the deal, but told me that it was too late and since I had “upgraded” they could not/would not honor the deal, unless I returned to them another set of Iphones (2) 7 or greater. I decided I was going to instead take the 100% satisfaction guarantee and take my business elsewhere. After reassuring me that I was within the period and would not owe them ANYTHING, I closed the account. To my surprise, later they sent me a bill charging me for the lines, the activation fees and some other junk fees, which I had not used. When I refused to pay charges that should have been written off, they went against my credit and started charging about 2.6% monthly (31.2% annual) for late fees. Now, they are affecting my excellent credit with a derogatory mark and will not stop charging interest. I finally had to pay the bill to stop the non-sense. It’s incredible how big companies like Sprint get away with these type of shady practices with impunity, disgusting! I would give them no stars if possible.

This company I have given buisness to for decades. S10e phone I purchased isn't a working phone. I was told by Samsung worker that the new released phones had a software problem. Sprint replaced it, still same issues. However, decline to find a solution and or give me a replacement... Only $23credit for a non working phone. Plans to leave this company.

Sprint is full of hidden charges and unreliable service. I have NO service at my home at all. I am left paying for a phone that has been paid off for years yet they still keep billing me for it. When asked why they simply tell you to send it back. Why would I send back a phone that I have already paid back? The customer support is unhelpful and unfriendly. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

Low rating because the employees lied to me.
I've been with Sprint for a few years now. One day, I accidentally broke my phone before it was paid off, and went into a Sprint store in Portland to get a new phone. My plan was to stay on the payment plan for the original phone but turn off service for it, and get a cheap flip phone so I could still have a phone to use. Well, the store offered me an iPhone 8+, even though I expressed wanting to have the cheapest possible phone. They led me to believe that I'd only be paying a total of $110 per month, with both phones, and all the extras, including insurance and taxes. At that price, fine, I'll take the fancy smart phone. I won't fight it, even though I'm pretty sure this isn't the cheapest option.
They knew I was desperate. They could probably tell I was a pushover. They knew I was pretty broke at the time.
Only it wasn't actually that price.
For about three months, I kept calling sprint because I was getting "overcharged." The first month, I was charged $170 or so. When I called them, they told me my plan was $120 per month and the first month I was charged an activation fee, and it wouldn't be so much in the future.
I explained that that wasn't the price I was told. How can I get the price down to what I thought agreed to? After a few more phone calls, we agreed to take off the insurance to get it down to $110.
The next month, I made sure to call in advance to make sure I was getting the price I was told I'd get. I was told it was $124. Excuse me? How come it was up? Is this with the insurance off? Apparently this is the price with the insurance off. They ended up giving me credits to bring the bill down.
So the next month, I did the same thing. I explained how I was tired of fighting this. Why wasn't my bill what I was told it would be? Why do I have to keep calling?
Then finally a rep broke down the bill for me, explaining that my bill was $132(post-taxes). $132 a month.
If I'd known it would be this much, I would have insisted on getting a flip phone when I went to the store, and I wouldn't have agreed to the extras, such as insurance.
I'm just really upset that I was lied to, and no one bothered to tell me the truth until three months in. I feel like the sales reps took advantage of me when I was desperate, and lied to me so I would agree to pay for all the things I didn't need. It was never really $110 WITH the extras. It's $132 without. I feel cheated.
Yeah yeah, next time I'll read the contract more carefully. Thing is, I'm a slow reader and hoped I could trust the employee's breakdown. But now I am aware that they can get away with lying. I will not trust sales reps in the future.
I still think it's on the company though that their employees lied so much, and that no one told me the truth until three months in. I'm going to have to suck it up and pay $132 a month, as I can't afford to pay the phones off in full yet. But you bet your a*** as soon as these contracts are up I'm leaving this lying company behind and will use trac phone or something. No more freaking post paid contracts.

Boost Mobile has Horrible, Horrible Customer Service Agents and Internet Service.

If I can give a zero star I would. Customer services sucks, when calling with an issue they don’t listen to what customer is saying. My family and I are moving our business else where.

I switched from Metro Pcs to Sprint. A perty obvious move. Boy was I wrong. Network connectivity is at best worst than Metro. Me and my family experience network connection loss, text messages not going thru. Io or out. Dropped calls it is not worth the price. Next in store sales rep and customer service reps are never in the same page. As if they work in different companies. And I can never get my issues fixed

Was with Sprint for 5 years, changed jobs and noticed horrible cell service just a day or so after leasing (18mo) a new device (S10+) I work in a heavy urban and populated area. Cell service at best was 2 bars or LTE, and then would drop to 3G and Roaming. Sending and recieving messages was futile unless I walked around my building. I chatted with customer service many times about it. One time they sent me a Magic Box to set up. The thing was about the size of 2 shoe boxes and had all these warnings about cancer. No thanks, I returned it. Fast forward to 8mo in Lease with bad phone. I had enough. They wouldn't let me out lease, So I had to pay my phone off and bring acct current to zero. All in all I paid over 1k in several transactions. I called to complain again about how wrong this was for them to do to long customer or anyone and they insulted me with offering to credit my acct 30$. My ladies phone had to be bought off too her's is a preowned S8 I leased from them. It had a glass screen protector that had been FULLY glued on the phone screen....I had to take it to a repair store and pay a very nice guy to blow dry and use chems on screen to get the glue adhesive off. This is what Sprint is to me now. A complete Joke and thieves that offer premium service but don't give it to you. I will never refer anyone to them. And I will never Lease another phone in my life. I switched service after paying the 1k and got with Xfinity Mobile. Best Thing Ever. full 5 bars of LTE fast, fast fast. $30 bucks a mo.

I went to the buy 1 get one sale in 2016 at Sprint in Westfield mall in brand on florida, and paid cash. I had bad things happening to me, so when I changed my number, and he was the only 1 who had it I freaked out on the guy. He was able somehow with my bad credit refusing to print a copy of my original receipt, and said he could change my iep number, and the next thing I know I'm in debt for 1200+ after paying in cash somehow. It has affected my credit score tremendously, and I have no idea what to do. I mean how do I get the credit companies who first denied sprint to help me?

They won't close my account, they keep racking up charges

I went to my local Sprint store to return/ upgrade three phones and continue my service with a new contract. The employee suggested I mail in the phones myself rather than return them at the store. I then received boxes from Sprint to return the phones via UPS. Sprint received two of the phones but not the third. I followed their process exactly as directed by their employees. The phone was lost in transit and Sprint was not in the least bit helpful. I was told by UPS that Sprint is the sender but they do not initiate an investigation or help in the slightest. I was billed $200.00 for a failure in their procedure. UPS did initiate an investigation at my request but found nothing. Sprint says this is their procedure and they treat everyone the same. Maybe so, but that does not make it right. As soon as my current contract is up, I will leave Sprint as fast as I can. Curious to see how much I am charged for that.

I am writing to express my frustration concerning Sprints billing and sales practices. My frustration began when my family and I decided it was time to upgrade our phones. At the Sprint store, I was presented with an offer to buy phone and get another free, if I opened another phone line on the our account, which I did. The billing which followed the transaction is remarkable feat of contractual contortion. As I concluded the purchase of the phones, the sales representative let me know that the next bill may be higher than normal to account for the connection fees. Unfortunately, for me, those higher fees never went down. After my second high bill, I contacted Sprint to understand why these heavily increased bills continued to attack my back account. During my phone call, the Sprint representative, let me know what the buy-one get-one sale that I had participated in was “cancelled out” by some other unknown and unedified other promotion attached to my account. That would have been very helpful information to have when they were selling me the phone, I thought. After a few more bills and many more phone calls, we reached a resolution. As time progressed, we reached a time where the initial cost of the phone would fall off, and again my bill would be lower. Well…after a few more phone calls with Sprint, I learned that it is Sprint’s practice to continue to bill your account, despite your repayment of the purchase price, until you go online and elect to either keep the phone or get another new one. Until you make that election, Sprint will continue to bill your account at the prior repayment rate. Does the company send you a message that an election needs to be made? No. A text message or email? No. Put a message in your monthly bill? No. Truly a communication company unwilling to communicate in any practical manner. So after my information education over the phone, I was told that to pay off the phone, I would need to submit $150. Ok, so I went online and choose to pay off the phone to end my suffering. Was my suffering ended? Unfortunately not. Instead of the $150 charge I was anticipating, I was presented a nearly $500. I can tell you that my frustration at the representations made by the company is stifling and their respect for a client’s funds is wanting. I have chosen not to do business with them any longer and write this simply as a warning to others to check your bills, check the fine print, and then check out another carrier.

I called Sprint to close my account in August of 2019, was assured that the account was being closed but noticed withdrawals from my checking account still occurring. Called Sprint numerous times demanding answers as to why they continued billing a now non-customer and all I ever got was apologies, and bounced around to different representatives. I can not believe this company is allowed to do business. I honestly believe this company practices fraudulent business practices. Am now seeking and exploring legal options. This cannot be allowed to happen. I will Never again set up automatic payments to Any Company going forward.

Sprint is the woooorst!!!!!! They lied to me about a rebate gift card and never received it and when I called to complain and get it resolved they keep transferring me back and forth and cannot resolve my issue they pathetic I only been with them 4 months and will be canceling my account and switching with t mobile. Don’t get lied to by these thieves go to another carrier and KALEN from sprint store in Gardena ca is the one of those thieves

The worst customer service ever! They erased my entire home screen at a local store. When I asked about it they just said sorry we don't know what happened. I asked for a phone number to the district manager and they said they didn't have one but gave me an email address. I emailed him two separate times and never got a response. How's that for service?

My phone is not working and they don’t want to change it for me and I paid one year for a non working phone and also when I changed to sprint they did not pay my other company took the phone and I still don’t have the money That’s is 1,500

I have been with sprint since 2017 and have had paperless billing ever since. I reached out a few months ago to obtain paper copies of my phone records from that time until now and I was initially told that they would do it and it never happened. I have since tried about four more times with the chat feature online and now they are saying that I have to download them from the site... for over two years worth of bills. Clearly they don't keep records, because I don't understand why they would risk losing a customer (who is out of contract at this point) over copies of bills. Ridiculous!!

I have been a customer both as a business & personal since 2000. Being a loyal customer over the years & despite numerous offers from similar providers, I remained with Sprint, in my personal account with 5 lines. In July 2019 I canceled one of the lines & recently realized I have been charged for the same line(my account is on autopay), & despite the fact Sprint agrees that I had requested cancellation of that line, I am reimbursed for only 2 months of 7 months. Considering Sprint charging without my authorization & for a line being canceled & confirmed by Sprint, I am very upset to have no power to get my money back in full for a service not provided. I consider this an abuse to a loyal customer & certainly a clear theft. I will move my account to another service provider & a huge company like Sprint should for the least return customer's money including charged taxes. I will do everything in my power to encourage consumers to avoid doing business with Sprint.

I was scammed into to buying and iPhone that was not unlocked and was told by Boost Mobile that it was a issue with Sprint and they were right, when I contacted Sprint to unlock the sim so I could activate the phone they informed me that the IMEA # attached to the phone had a lot of bad debt attached to it and it would never be allowed to be unlocked. They also told me that Boost Mobile had to be aware of this when they sold me the phone. Was told they would also not refund me back if I were to send the phone back, nonrefundable for a product that myself but anyone purchasing this phone could use! Not very good business, guess lesson learned.
