Get hung up on the phone by representatives, stayed on phone for 2 hours. Been a customer for years and spent a lot of money with them but They we’re going lose my business over $30 I didn’t have for $130 payment arrangement I only needed a few days after years of giving them my business.

Negative 5 stars for sprint. It's a scam. I've been with sprint a month and I am already ready to go to literally any other phone company. We switched from TMobile to sprint and were told all our lines would be canceled, they would pay the remaining balances on our devices and any termination fees. We bought 3 new phones with sprint (1 being free due to a promotion). We were told our bill would be about $140 a month (the whole reason we switched, our tmobile bill was $190ish). So all was good and dandy.. Until we get the first bill and it's $172. We call and they basically have no idea what happened... said they would investigate the phone call and see why it's different and get back to us in about a week.. We paid the $172 and have been waiting 3 weeks and have heard nothing. Then we get a charge for tmobile on our account.. call them.. turns out sprint never fully canceled our account with tmobile.. apparently there was one line they couldn't cancel (his mothers line who passed away recently so we were not bringing her line to sprint) and they never told us and so it just went uncanceled and we got charged for it (luckily we had autopay or it would've probably wound up in collections as we had no idea). We also learned on the phone call with tmobile that we still owed on our 2 phones (The 2 sprint was supposed to pay off... an iphone 8 and an iphone 8plus).. we owed about $50 on each and were told when we switched we didnt have to turn them in.. but then when we called to ask why we still owed we were told we did have to. We've gone through 3 sprint customer service reps and 1 tmobile rep, waiting on a sprint supervisor to call us back but I don't think it will ever happen. So in the end, they will have scammed me out of hundreds of dollars if you add up all the $30 extra a month we're paying. This has been the worst experience i've ever had with a company's customer service. 2 of the 3 customer service reps didnt even understand what we were saying or seem to care which is most of the reason we got passed on.. well, one of them hung up on us while on hold. If I could turn around and undo ever switching to sprint, I would 100% do it. I would even pay Tmobile extra money a month to never have to go through this. Thankfully I hadn't gotten groceries or christmas dinner stuff yet because I will not be able to afford that now, and hosting christmas will have to be pushed onto someone else last minute now because of all the money I owe tmobile thanks to sprint.

I have been with Sprint since 2014. Their service never been the best but I never wanted to pay the cancellation fee to end the contract. Now I travel often for work and my service is crappy in locations that I must travel to. I complained to sprint seem like every month and every time I call or chat with them they keep saying there's a tower out in my area which is causing me service to go in and out. A month ago, I called sprint about me cancelling my service due to me not have service in different location and the rep said I had to pay over 1,000 just to cancel me service. And the price is extremely high for no reason. Not please with sprint at all! I am looking to get out of this contract with out paying these high cancellations fees.

Customer service is god awful try to get transferred to another department only to find out it’s an automated system.

I have spend 2 weeks and endless hours to try to become new customer; with ZERO success and horrible customer service
They were quick to charge me and send me the bill for service that I DO NOT HAVE, was never provided!!!
I would say it is a fraud
They took my info, charged me and never provided service, phone or answers to why I was not accepted as customer
Still on then phone .... hours again .... to get my money back ....

Cancelling service immediately. Had an 18 month lease and called when it was over to be put on a 6 month payoff plan for the phone. After 5 months of paying an additional $20 on my bill to cover the cost of the phone over a 6 month period I called in and they said nothing had been going to my phone balance. After multiple escalations and request to bring up the phone call from 5 months prior they agreed to credit me 4 months worth of payments towards my phone as well as remove a $30 charge (12/02/2019). They said give it 24-48 business hours to reflect on my account and I gave them 7 business days. After still not seeing a credit adjustment on my account I called again (12/10/2019). I was completely irate at the fact I was calling for the same issue again. I threatened to cancel my account as I have had way too many negative interactions within the past few months. They said they were paying off the phone in full to keep me by offering a $225.21 refund to my account that would once again take 24-48 business hours. This time I made sure to get email confirmation before I got off the phone. 48 hours later still no credit. I called in and attempted to get this resolved for 3 hours on the phone to no avail. I went to my local Sprint store to Cancel my account and they said this was not possible due to the fact my phone is paid off but I was still expected to pay $130? When I said this was unacceptable and I want to cancel I was told I cannot cancel my account until the balance is paid even thought I received over $300 in Credit Adjustments to the Account. No one is answering my question of where the documented $225.21 is and why it is not reflected on my account per the email confirmation and voicemail I received. I am leaning towards getting a lawyer to recover these promised funds if this isn't resolved.

Boost mobile service is horrible
When I tried to leave after only 2 months I was told I could not have my four phones unlocked that I paid for that are not on any contract for 12mths
When I ask to speak to a supervisor she was just as ignorant as the customer service representative
The supervisor told me did I ask the store that question after I purchase my service
I didnt think to even ask that
It should be disclosed that you have to keep your phone that you pay for with them for 12 months
It's only been two months and the service is terrible
Can't make calls and be on internet at the same time unless you are somewhere with wifi
As a truck driver my husband is all over not just where its wifi
The calls are always dropping
Call take minutes to process
Customer service is a joke literally

Every time I call to fix or to find some one to fix the problem or to find the solution And every time someone comes in the photo promise this is it you don’t have to worry about nothing and I come back for the next month and it’s the same problem again so I’m not really happy with them

I was warned about using Sprint for my service, I wish I would have listened. Very rigid and horrible customer service. They absolutely do not care about their customers. I honestly don't understand how they're still in business. I would imagine it won't be long...Worst service I've ever had. Save yourself the time, money and headache. Find service elsewhere!

This has been the worse experience I've ever had with a phone company. I've had to call every bill cycle to fix a mistake on their end. Signing up I was told we'd get 5 lines for $100 ,$125-$150 with taxes. My first bill was $251 and the second $301, they have a lot of hidden fees they don't tell you about and if you enroll in auto pay they try and take money out at random. I'm very displeased and once my phone is paid off I'll be switching back to either T-mobile or At&t.

THEY MUST NOT WANT BUSINESS AS YOU CANT ORDER A PHONE AND HAVE IT SHIPPED TO YOU! SPENT TWO WEEKS AND OVER TEN HOURS ON THE PHONE AND IN STORES WITH MULTIPLE ORDERS ONLY TO HAVE THEM CANCELLED FOR NO REASON. EACH TIME I CALL THEY REPLACE THE ORDER WITH A NEW, GIVE ME A CALL ID NUMBER AND ASSURE EVERYTHING IS DONE AND PHONES WILL BE SHIPPED. NEVER HAPPENS.

Sprint engages in deceitful practices and has zero customer service.

They are horrible. They have my old phones and I paid Verizon over $400.00 for them.
The advertisement said they buy back up to 650.00. This is since August of 2019.
I get a 23% discount at work and they are not honoring it because the plan is all ready discounted.
What 214.95 phone bill discounted?
They do alot of false advertisement.

Boost service is constantly going out with either dropped calls, delayed voicemail and txt, or simply no service at all. When you message them they always say its a tower enhancement but service never improves. If you ask for compansation you are told the issue isnt closed and you need to contact them in 24-48 hrs to get the compansation at which point you are told to contact them again in 24-48 hours and so on. I am not sure how they stay in business. They even out right lied a few years ago saying it was an enhancement when I later learned on the news the tower was not maintained and was crushed with snow. I hope that someone will step in and hols this company accountable for its actions or lack there of. This is the 4th and last holiday season I will be listening to the lies of "tower enhancements" and we will be going with a different company.

Worst customer service I have ever been a part of. Had lines fraudulently added to my account and fraudulently charges added to bill. I called and received a cancellation quote from a “supervisor” and my final bill was over double of what they told me on the phone. They even pulled the “recorded” phone call and acknowledged this and still have a month have not credited my bill for their error.

Boost mobile is horrible. I don't usually leave bad reviews unless it's that terrible. Their service is horrible. Oh, my God.

I canceled my service with sprint after approximately 12 years because I found a better offer with another carrier. I was no longer under contract with them but was leasing an IPhone from them when I canceled the customer representative told me they were going to mail me a kit to return the phone. I gave them my address and confirmed it with them. I never received the kit and when I called them a representative told me to return the phone to a local corporate store. I went to two of the stores from the listing they sent me and was told by a store employee in both stores that they don't take the phones and I need to send it back with a kit. I still did not receive the kits and was not able to return the phone without it. They sent my account to collections because they did not receive the phone. I tried several times to get them to send me a kit and was told they mailed it to an old address. They have my email and phone number and never called me regarding the phone. They called me asking me to return as a turned down an offer when the called me to return as a customer. They made it impossible for me to return the phone because they are incompetent and do not update the address. They sent my account to collections because of their incompetence.

Sprint customer service-HORRIBLE!
BEWARE: I was a new customer with Sprint from 8/11/19 however due to poor service around Littleton, CO I had to cancel it.
Today is 12/7/2019 and I'm still waiting for my refund.
I have contacted Moffit, Shalisa ; Toyja W ; David S; Tardy, M many times. no update or any type of information was given to me.
Effective date of the refund was on 09/20/2019 04:04:29 PM and I'm still waiting for it...
Words without action are simply words. Customers want to see action, results, and proof that their requests have been heard and handled appropriately.
