I have been a customer for Sprint for the past 8 years. Two weeks ago I moved to another address. Since moving here the signal has been terrible. I have experienced dropped calls, calls that never come through, and unusable call clarity. The people who previously lived at this address had Sprint Hazard wireless carrier but had to switch because of the poor reception in and outside of the house. When I first moved in I contacted Sprint. The representative I spoke to went through all of the troubleshooting measures they have submitted three different tickets to try and resolve the issue. 21 days later there is still no resolution I am still experiencing terrible cell reception inside and outside of the home. I need to be released from my 2-year contract. It is not ethical to have to pay for wireless service that does not work 50% of the time. I was satisfied with the level of service I was receiving before moving to this address and despite the attempts of the multiple Sprint employees I spoke with there seems to be no resolution to improve the signal in my home. Unfortunately I need to switch to another wireless carrier. I use my phone for business a lot and I cannot miss important calls. This is also having an effect on my family's safety because I cannot get in contact with my wife when she is home and I'm away in vice versa. So far I have spoke to 11 different Sprint representatives in the past 2 weeks so far none of them have been able to release me from my 2 year agreement. I have had for representative tell me that they will look into the issue further and then call me back. So far I have received no call backs. I am extremely disgusted at the way Sprint treats a customer of 8 years ive in the past two weeks so far none of them have been able to release me from my to year agreement. I have had four representative tell me that they will look into the issue further in the call me back. So far I have received no call back.

I went in to boost mobile wanting to get a new plan . After bing there for 3 hours it wes closing time. I came in with a working phone and was made to leave. Only my phone no longer worked they had lost my pictures and my contact and my phone no longer worked. When I went back the next day they said sorry not my problem. I asked if I could use a phone to call at&t to find out why I was having a problem and work it out and get my business phone working again they out write refused to help me and said you are on your own. When I call customer service to ask for a manager to give a complaint they said we can't tell you who is in charge of that office sorry. We can't help you. Once again I was on my own they refuse to give you basic help.

I truly hate this company. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am so sick of paying their outrageous fees each month. I have been on a two year contract and now a year into my contract they are increasing my bill by $100 because they state I purchased my device at a deeply discounted price and now they need to recover. They gave me some bull *** technical excuse. I will never recommend this company to ANY ONE! Their customer service is horrible online and over the phone but the phone is worse because if they get stuck on something they just hang up on you and then you have call AGAIN and go through their millions prompts before getting another person on the phone that you cant understand. It seems that the bigger they get the sttier service gets. My data also NEVER works. I am only able to use while on my home wifi but I am paying over $300 a month for unlimited plan. I truly despise this company and the only reason why I have not cancelled is because I refuse to give them termination fees. When my contract is up I am definitely switching!!

Purchasers beware of promotional offers from Sprint. You will be left trying to get assistance after you signed the contract. Used the AAA promotionoffer, you pay the 1st year and Sprint pays the 2nd year (Sprint did up hold their end) AAA charged me (Bank account now overdrawn/fees). Neither side Sprint or AAA wants to correct this, just states that this will take up to 2-3 weeks to resolve. Meantime I am out the money until they possible decide to refund.

And I did that. 4 months after I received they stop giving the credit for the extra phone. Andy i've been calling up until now for the credit. They haven't provided the credit at all anymore. A bunch of representatives told me I wasn't eligible anymore. It is crazy because the whole time I haven't even received the proper amount of credit. I just don't have the time to call and argue with srint anymore. So now my bill will be at least 300-400 dollars per month for only 3 lines. And guess what.. I don't get to keep the phones. And, they charge you $25 a month extra if you don't use a phone from them! LAME LAME LAME! I have been a loyal customer for more than 30 years... GOODBYE SPRINT!

Sprint is by far the worst phone company I have used. I had service with them for a total of about 4 years. I left due to their horrible cell reception. I had upgraded iPhones almost every year and had the old one unlocked and sold it. This time I decided to just leave sprint (in December). I paid all charges on the account in January and I requested they unlock the device they put in the request for it to be unlocked in 3-7 days. This was off as they usually had it unlocked in almost immediately. Come March 21st my phone still hasn’t been unlocked. When the representative just confirmed to me that it was never unlocked she offered to put in another ticket to make me wait 3-5 business days this time. I explained that this was unacceptable and I made this request in January so I want to speak to a manager. The manager get on the line and after explaining what has happened he makes the same offer of 3-5 days wait for it to be unlocked. As I explained to him this was not the case in the past he starts talking over me to the point where I’m shouting on the phone to be heard. I asked multiple times for a name which he kept avoiding. Every interaction I have had with sprint outside of making a purchase has been negative. 4 months after closing my account I’m still trying to get a phone unlocked? Unacceptable! I will never be bringing my business back to sprint.
