I am rejecting this response because:This is not the first time this has happened.
Seems to be the practice of StPaul Pioneer Press every few years to just begin delivering the paper and see if the victim will bite and pay the bill.I need assurance that SPPP has deleted our name and address from their databases so as to never occur again as well as any sales calls from them. With this experience every so often, one has to believe that this business practice is endorsed by the company. It is likely not just one sales person. Can SPPP assure me that they no longer know who we are or where we live? In other words a complete purge of our account or that they have ever done business with us?What SPPP has done is put our residence at risk of burglary, etc. They deliver papers we never ordered which could lie in the driveway for days announcing that nobody is home. Do they ever think of that? Or just do not care about the risk they put us in?

I see that an active subscription has been delivered to this address since August of 2017. I will make sure that it is stopped and the balance removed. I also put a note at the address that no further starts will be accepted

I will not consider this issue resolved until I receive the refund that I am owedI have been told several times in the past by the pioneer press that they are refunding me my money but my money is never refunded

I just received an invoice in the mail on 12/12/from the Pioneer Press in the amount of $for a subscription renewalOnce again this is an errorI subscribed to the week Sunday paper for a total of $which I have paidI have spoken to at least different people to try and straighten out this issue and have had no successAccording to the Pioneer Press answer to the Revdex.com complaint they feel they have taken care of this issue when they clearly have notAt this point I request a full refund as I have no confidence in the Pioneer Press staff to correct this issue and continue my subscription of the Sunday paper in a timely mannerThey have failed to do so and continue to have issues

I appreciate the reply but why am I getting these calls for money and half off offers to clear the bill?
Am relieved this is not in collections though the call I got offering me half off on the overdue account certainly sounded like what one reads about collections

I was told by the representative that she offered me the $Thursday/Sunday subscription for one yearI sent in the $in good faith and she did not say anything about a new subscriber. I feel this was then a offer from this representative and they should honor what their employee said. I do not feel I owe them another $46. I also sent an email that was read explaining if they didn't want to honor this then cancel immediatelyApparently they have not done that either.There should therefore be no money past due since they read my email
