There is no subscription on this old account nor is there a balance owed When the previous balance was deleted the system automatically restarted the subscription I stopped it and deleted the balance of $ I apologize

I am rejecting this response because: 1) You had the wrong vacation "end" date. 2) when I signed up for the new service I was told I would receive an email so that I could receive the "digital version. Unless I am misunderstanding the Pioneer Press, they want me to go to Customer Service and pay for it when it was suppose to be part of my service - both receive the paper days a week and have access to the on line - digital version

The newspapers that were delivered were sample subscriptions and they have since been stopped along with the removal of your address from our sample program The invoice was sent in error and has been deleted

I am not interested in restartingI do not want to experience further frustrations with the ambiguous subscription period and billing cycle

I have spoke to Jody at the store and she explained that the papers should have stopped in end of April but did notThey kept getting billed and that created the current balance dueI have stopped the papersI will have the balance due forgiven in this case and apply credit to the account

I apologize for the missing Sunday newspapers. I can confirm that 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17, 12/and 12/31/have all been credited to your account extending it to 6/3/18. I have been in contact with the agent who told me that they are looking for a new carrier for this route and in
the meantime substitute carriers have been delivering. He has a note on the address to ensure you are not missed moving forward
